XLT did excellent work! We were fully satisfied from start to finish. Leonel gave us a very detailed quote without inflating the prices for additional features we had added. Leonel was quick to give us the quotes (no weeks of waiting) and got his guys to work on our bathroom within days. He spent a lot of time communicating with us and was very quick to respond to our questions both over phone calls and emails. I did not have to spend hours price shopping at stores. XLT made things easy and provided options for the glass, shower systems, tile, and borders. All the workers were pleasant, dependable, and ON TIME. They paid close attention to detail and even came back to make fixes without any fuss. We were so satisfied with the quality of work and ease of communication, we've commissioned XLT for a much larger master bathroom remodel.

Leonel came to our house and was very knowledgeable and thorough about going over our options. We require more work than the deal covers. After getting the estimate, we determined that our budget would not cover the additional work required to complete the project. We appreciate the time Leonel took to provide us a complete estimate. Regretfully, we have to cancel this deal.

I purchased a 'Big Deal' for installation of tile flooring and so I got a super deal on price. The business owner, Leonel LeBaron, came promptly once I let him know I was ready to get started. He's knowledgeable about flooring and advised me on selecting the right tile for my modest Phoenix home. He impressed me as honest and I signed a contract. I was able to schedule installation on a day convenient for me. The installer arrived early enough to set up and start at the time specified, and worked diligently and skillfully. He was also helpful in selecting the grout color. The end result is a beautiful new tile floor that I am very pleased with. My experience with this small business is very positive. I would use this company again.

Replace all kitchen backsplash tiles with new.

Had the bathroom floor tiled with Big Deal. Went great. Had them return for 2 more jobs - other bathroom floor and a vanity top.

Cleanup was so so. I spent about 2 hours after the worker left cleaning up. Other than that the work was fine.

Everything went according to plan. The final product is beautiful!

All I can say is that finally, a company that made me feel good about hiring them! Leonel and his team were so professional, considerate and performed an outstanding job, just as promised. They were extremely open to my concerns. If something wasn't just the way I wanted it, (broken tile, out of place border piece etc.) they had no problem adjusting whatever it was, and fixed it. There weren't any excuses or attempts to get me to "just live with it"! XLT Construction has to be one of the best contractors and/or service providers I have ever hired. I will use them again.

We are very pleased with the changes/improvements in our kitchen. Our backsplash looks great and so do the cabinet/drawer pulls. We feel the cost was very reasonable for the work done. Leonel was very pleasant and professional and kept in touch throughout the process, answering questions quickly when we had them and making sure we were happy with the work done.

The service offered was a "2500.00 value for $1499.00" for a granite counter top with level 1 granite. The offer included one slab of granite plus installation. A good price. However, we had two kitchen counter areas needing more than one slab of granite. We found a wholesale granite business and ordered 2 level three slabs which cost $300.00 each more than level one. The problem that we created was XLT's profit was on a mark up of the level one granite. Also, one of our counters was angled in sort of a U shape so the process of cutting and fitting and finishing the edges was greater, hence the higher price which was fair under the circumstances. The work was very good, but we were left with the clean up and disposal of the old sink and the Corian. We did not know XLT would not haul away the debris, but we also didn't ask.

What a great team to work with at XLT - from the initial meeting with Leonel, to the job supervisors, to the professional installers - this was done so well - A plus. First, they explained everything and listened to our wishes/concerns. They showed up on time and ready to work - as scheduled. Then they set up protection to not dirty my home and cleaned up at the end of every day. During installation, they knew what to do, but asked to confirm it was being installed to our satisfaction - and it was. They even made sure the grain of the tile lined up. The job is done, our flooring looks fantastic and XLT was a great partner is making it happen. I plan to use XLT for future remodel jobs. Great company to work with - A plus in our book.

They did an outstanding job. The quality and workmanship were excellent. When they left everything was cleaned up and looked great. We love our new floors!

I was very pleased with the work done by XLT construction. They were very easy to work with, and quickly set up the consultation and work dates. The two men who actually did the installation, Enrique and Jose, were great. They were friendly, professional, and extremely hard working. They finished the job in less than two days, which was much quicker than we had anticipated. They made sure to keep things clean in our house, and were extremely accommodating to us being there while the work was done (ensuring they didn't remove all of the toilets at once, keeping equipment out of main traffic areas, no loud, blaring music, etc.) There was a small issue when one of the toilets was re-installed that caused a small leak. They came back out (on a Saturday) within hours of my call. He quickly identified and fixed the problem, and then cut into the ceiling to ensure there were no other leaks, and re-patched and drywalled the ceiling. It would have been much simpler for him to simply fix the leak and then leave. The tile looks great and has made a huge difference in the overall look of our home. We are extremely happy with the company and the work, and would recommend them to anyone. We would certainly call them again for any future work. We paid $818 for approximately 180 sf of tile. This was including the original amount paid for through The Big Deal, and then extra for the square footage that wasn't included in the deal. I believe this price was fair, but did not do any price comparison.

Leonel and his crew were really easy to work with. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do.

I purchased the Angie's list big deal. Leonel contacted me almost immediately and came to my home to measure the area for the backsplash. Although the deal included tiles, I opted to purchase my own mosaic tiles. The two options that Leonel provided did not match anything in my kitchen. Since I provided the tiles and the grout, the big deal was only for the installation. The tiles I selected were delicate and required more precision in installation. The employee who came to do the installation arrived on time. He was very meticulous and was unfazed by the other contractors also doing unrelated work in my kitchen at the same time. The setter took his time and worked the entire day without taking a break. He was very professional and did an awesome job. The backsplash looks beautiful.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for this work but did not call XLT immediately since I wanted to get quotes from vendors for other aspects of the entire job before I scheduled the project. Since he hadn't heard from me, Leonel graciously telephoned just to assure me that he was aware of my purchase and that he was ready to do the job whenever I wished, which I thought was considerate as well as good business practice. I wanted a particular tile which I communicated to Leonel; he immediately ordered it, and we scheduled the job. Work was to begin at 8:00 am on a Thursday but Leonel called me the afternoon before to let me know that the supplier had told him the tile would not arrive until that same Thursday morning, so we rescheduled to begin the work in the afternoon. Leonel's crew arrived around noon on Thursday and by 6:00 that evening they had completed demolition and laid all the tile. The next morning they arrived before 8:00 and completed the grouting and I was able to leave my home for a 10:00 appointment leaving behind a beautifully completed new bathroom floor. Leonel and his crew were professional and personable. The job itself was very well done and clean up was properly attended to. I would not hesitate to use XLT again.

Excellent communication and unbelievable value. I actually paid more than charged because his prices were too low for the services provided. The quality of the work was excellent.

Went extremely well. XLT had previously done our granite counter tops and with that remarkable workmanship and price, we decided to have xlt do our backsplash. I called Leonel to get a price quote and he promptly gave me the best price I could find. He then scheduled his crew to come in the following week to do the work. We chose mosaic tile, which is very difficult to cut and set, but xlt sent an expert tile setter and he set every mosaic piece perfectly. You cannot tell where the seams come together. They came back again on Monday to do the grout. The kitchen now looks like a model kitchen. I highly recommend Leonel and XLT for any tile or counter top work.

I am not using them till not asked. It will cost $200 for granite installation. Plus, for the floor kitchen remodel, they told me the total price of $3000. So, this is confusing whether fitting it up. The company broke it down and keep her with the bottom line. But the price was good and I will try using them.

We bought the Big Deal to do this project. There was some miscommunication in the beginning, regarding the initial appointment and I had to call Leonel to remind him. However, he quickly remedied that and he showed up at my house within the promised time frame to take the measurement and write the contract. We are extremely happy with both the quality of work, as well as the work ethic of the installer that was sent to our house. He showed up on time at the beginning of the workday and worked hard past working hours to try to finish as quickly as possible. He was at our house from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. We ran into a little bit of problem with our water line, however both Leonel and Esteban, the installer, managed to work out a solution so that our water line did not have to be turned off overnight. I really appreciate their consideration for our comfort. I had forgotten to let Esteban know that I preferred smaller grout lines until he had finished arranging the tiles. When he showed the arrangement to me and I told him of my preference, he redid the tiles arrangement as I requested. All in all, it was a good experience and we will definitely consider XLT again for our next project.

The Tile matched the other decor. They were professional and thorough. Left the area clean. Were on time and courteous. Great price for the service provided.

My countertops look wonderful! What I found most helpful was that Leonel from XLT was very responsive and guided me through the process every step of the way. I was unclear on the little things like," how do you know what kind of faucet I have, how do I know how many slabs I need and how does the granite get from the showroom to your office?" Leonel worked with me on getting the most I could for my money and came out and gave me a quote before any work was completed or agreed to. I really had a great experience with this provider and plan to use them again!.

We had a room addition done, and granite countertops, backsplash, sink, faucet, and plumbing done by XLT. We will definitely call upon them for future work needed on our home. Truly impressed.

On day one, XLT came out to do the demolition, and to set the templates. The workers took care to minimize any dust or debris. They cleaned up after themselves. This is very important because all of our kitchenware drawers were now exposed. I then needed to modify the kitchen island a bit, so XLT was courteous enough to come back the following day to do the templates, which is another complex operation. I was impressed with the precision that Juan took in measuring the templates to ensure a proper fit. The cutting of the granite took a week,. XLT came out and did the installation. Took about 4 hours. Juan took care to ensure that all surfaces were level and had a solid fit. Overall, my wife and I are thrilled at the results that XLT construction provided. Highly recommend them to do your granite counter tops. I also recommend that you use 3CM thick granite. It gives a more solid look and feel.
