It went very well. Leonel was very pleasant to work with and Jose the tiler did beautiful work. I am very happy with my new floor.

I am extremely pleased with the services provided. My kitchen, bath and entry look absolutely beautiful. The tiles provided were beautiful, the workers were very professional and punctual and the work done was EXCELLENT and of really good quality. Very detail-oriented and clean work. I do plan on using this company again to do my upstairs bathrooms and laundry room. I am a very happy customer!

He was excellent, he was on time, very good at explaining things. I just thought it would be more sq. foot.

The work went good but the contractor had to return to resolve a few issues. Contractor responded to my concerns immediately after being notified. I appreciated his timely response.

They arrived at 8:45, removed old appliances. Built new framing, moved electric outlets to fit. Installed the new oven/micro. Came back next day to finish the hood and wall repair. When tried oven on Saturday, it didn't work. Called and they responded in about 1 hour. Found loose connection and fixed. All works fine now. Should have tested before leaving.

Am looking to get an estimate for various projects such as kitchen countertops, underlit island, crown moulding in two rooms, and alcove built ins. I inquired an estimate through the XLT website and did not get a response for a week or two. Then I called on 7/22/14 and they said they could do an estimate tomorrow and I can send them a text with the address and info. I sent the text right away and my phone showed that it was read. The appt was a no show and nobody called to say why or to reschedule. I guess they don't want the work.

The project went well as the contractor arrived timely each day and responded to any concerns of mine.

We met with Leonel who gave us a very competitive price to do the project. We met with him a second time to sign a contract. We had several pieces of tile and border that we thought would look best in the setting we had. He gave us his input on what would look best in the setting we had which was very helpful. The project started exactly on the day promised and went smoothly for a two week period at which time all of the tile work and the granite counter top and sinks were installed. At this point the glass installer came and measured and came back with the special order glass and installed same a week later. The two installers were here every day and were very courteous and asked questions as to the placement of fixtures, etc. so that everything would be as we wished. XLT also replaced an exhaust fan in the bathroom and repaired a piece of ceiling drywall in another room that had been damaged by a leaky roof. Our overall experience with XLT was excellent and we recommend their services. Several weeks after this project we hired XLT to install a 36" water jet medallion in our front hall which required removing some existing porcelain flooring and grinding down some of cement to accommodate the medallion. The project was done in one day in a very professional manner.

I did receive a bid. In fact I received 3 separate bids, one for kitchen, and one for each of the baths. What I did not get was a comprehensive estimate on all the other aspects of the scope of work. It was very difficult to understand exactly what the bids covered.

Leonel of XLT Construction contacted me shortly after purchasing my "deal of the day" for a shower remodel. He worked with me on selecting a date for a consultation and start of work. He was very courteous as I even rescheduled the start date due to an unexpected visitor. He was very prompt and thorough with his assessment of work to be done discussing each decision to be made as to color, height, trim, size of tile, door, fixtures, and accessories such as a shampoo/soap caddy and seat. The contract was composed on his ipad right in front of me together. Then we double checked each item. Work was started in an amazingly short time after consultation. The workers were also courteous and punctual, calling me if they were delayed. Alonzo's crew was very nice and tidy as they demolished my old shower and hauled it away. Alonzo kept me in the know as to start times and how long workers were going to be in the house according to what the work was that day. The tile setter was very polite as he explained the process and how the floor was to be built, etc. While the work was in process, I decided I wanted a larger shower caddy. The tile setter was very receptive to my change, advising me that would be a little extra cost as I expected. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The glass door person came to measure and was also on time and very informative with suggestions during his consultation. I decided that I wanted decorative "rain glass" for privacy reasons. It turned out stunning and "oh so modern looking". I feel that I received a very fair price for my service as I did some comparisons with other companies. The overall quality of work was excellent and I would definitely have this company do other work for me and recommend them to others.

We needed a walk-in shower in our master bath but also needed a temporary walk-in shower to use while the master was being renovated. We talked to four companies and received bids. Leonel from XLT Construction came in with the best price and best idea on how to set up a temporary shower in our 2nd bath so we signed the contracts and construction began 3 days later. The 3 men Leonel assigned to our project were very professional and great craftsmen. Their goal was to be sure we were pleased with their work and when asked to make a change to some part of the project did so without hesitation. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves each day and kept all their tools and materials neat and tidy. In just 12 days they removed the tub in the 2nd bath, built a temporary shower and moved a handicap toilet from the master to the 2nd bath. They then went to work on the master bath ripping out the shower stall, bath tub, mirror, lights, counter top and carpet. There was a large window (4' x 6') over the old tub that they removed and built a 4' x 24" glass block window in its place. They built the pop-outs around the outside of the glass block window on the exterior of our home, insulated, stuccoed over and painted the area where the old window used to be. They built the new shower which included two niches and beautiful decorative tile work. They tiled the bathroom and master closet floors, installed a new granite countertop with undermount sinks and fixtures, 4 spot lights, 3 decorative light fixtures, hung two new decorative mirrors and returned the handicap toilet to its place in the master. They painted the ceilings, walls and trim in the master bedroom and bathroom. When the master was complete, the crew tore out the temporary shower in the 2nd bathroom and installed a new deep soaking tub, a spot light over the tub, new fixtures and again some very beautiful tile work. My husband and I are so pleased with the final results and thank Leonel and our project crew Alfredo, Enrique and Manuel for an outstanding job. We would highly recommend XLT construction to anyone looking to remodel their home.

They did well. I am happy with them except those different jobs. They pay attention to detail of what I am thinking. I will use them again.

First of all, the price was much better than other bids I had received, and the work was beautiful. There was a limited choice of which tile I could use, but I found one I liked a lot. I added a mosaic tile I liked to the job for the trim, which did increase the cost a bit because I didn't like the trim tile he had available to choose, but Leonel worked with me in pricing that out at a discount for the tile with his tile provider. They always showed up within the time frames we arranged. They protected everywhere in my house they walked with sheets of plastic and cleaned up everywhere when they were done. All his employees were friendly and polite. They were all very willing to work with me and make sure this job was done to my satisfaction. They even replaced a cracked floor tile in my living room for no extra cost. The tile work was impeccable! The shower looks beautiful! It is a great transformation of my bathroom. I would use XLT again for any tile work.

I got a great deal from XLT Contruction. The quality of the work was amazing and I am so happy with my new shower. I had shopped around other companies and was quoted almost 1500.00 more than through XLT. I had them use special floor tile and special trim tile at a great price. Now my shower in the bathrooms looks modern and awesome.

XLT Construction did a very nice job. They were on time, cleaned up after a day's work, were polite and courteous at all times. We are very happy with our new shower stall area.

It was just a super job. The workers were very friendly. They showed up when they were supposed to and even worked a Saturday. They worked two Saturdays. They got here at 8:30 in the morning and a couple times stayed til 5:30/6 at night. It really, really looks again.

Leonel and his XLT crew did an amazing job. Their tile work is as good as it gets and they are very flexible before and during construction. We did a complete rip out of our master bath, installed new cabinets, counter tops, tile floor, walk in shower fully tiled, a pocket door to gain more room for the walk in show, and tile floors and molding in our master bedroom. Also repainted both rooms. I can't say enough about Enrique and Alfredo. They showed up on time, worked all day throughout and kept me informed on next day activities. I would recommend XLT without hesitation. I got 3 bids and went with them not only because they were the lowest, but because of all the good reviews and of course the BBB rating. A wise choice on my part.

It went very well. They're fixing one little problem today but I haven't seen it yet. They're prompt and the tile work was better than what I expected. There was one issue where I had to pay a little extra to get a higher sliding glass door but I think it's a reasonable price.

They were consistently professional, punctual, polite and left the area clean and organized. They accommodated changes we made on-the-fly and finished the job sooner than we expected. We couldn't be happier with our new shower!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I spent additional money. They were good. The little guy that did the tile work had me looking at everything and asked if there were other things that I wanted. He wanted to know if I wanted a niche in the shower. He did some decorative work that was extra and I didn't have to pay for it. He did a nice job. It took them a little longer than they told me at first. They did note the extra work that I had to pay for in the offer. It was extra reinforcement but there was a warning in the offer that there would be an extra charge for that, if it had to be done when it was uncovered. The quality was excellent. He had some nice choices. He always returned my calls. Sometimes they were a little late coming in because they ran into traffic because I was on the opposite side of town from their office.

It was completed in one day to our satisfaction. We had thought it would take two days. The installation went smoothly and there was good interaction between the workers and ourselves. We were very happy with the work done and the final result.

Great job, looks wonderful, Esteban did the majority of the work from start to finish. He is a very hard worker and pays great attention to detail. He removed the old shower and separate tub to install a large walk in shower. looks great, please see pictures. The best service, the owner, Leonel Le Baron keeps in contact often and returns calls very fast. He really cares about doing things the right way.

They were very efficient, and took great care in covering all the furniture with plastic and putting down heavy paper from the bathroom all the way to the front door. They were very responsive in coming back to fix a couple of minor problems. We are very pleased with the job they have done and we are going to have them do the vanity and counter top too.
