Description of Work: The Yard Experts were working at my neighbors' house and I asked if they could give me an estimate for some work when they finished. They came over and gave me an estimate for trimming three trees and removing a huge oleander that was as big as a tree. Their estimate was half what I'd been quoted by another firm, plus they offered to do the work the same day. | |They completed the work quickly, cleaned up meticulously, and discussed any concerns with us before proceeding. I would highly recommend the Yard Experts for their efficiency, cost, and communication. A+++!

Description of Work: Not flexible on their fee schedule or what they will do. Their fee schedule and work provided is pretty much "set in stone." I tried to work w/them to adjust the work and fee schedule, but they really did not want to budge. I found another company that will do what we want and within our price range. I would give their office person Jennifer an A, because she really did try. This rating has more to do w/flexibility. Being self-employed for over 20 years, I know you have to be flexible; we have a "fee schedule" that we do adjust regularly for each prospective client. It's what keeps them coming back, plus we are very good at what we do.

Description of Work: Used them twice. Once for lawn cut and tree removal. Second time I needed a new irrigation timer as mine got fried in a power surge. The head guy that came out quoted me $125. I agreed (verbally) they came a few days later and installed the unit and handed me a bill if $150.I immediately called them on the phone and Disputed the amount and all my complaining did nothing even though I gavethem the name of the fellow who gave me the quote. I believe it was the owners brother,Needless to say I never used them again. note: the date of service is a pure guess as I can't get my hands on the receipt. This is an approximate time only and not set in stone. Again, The date of service is a pure guess because it happened several years ago.

Description of Work: We contracted with The Yard Experts to provide monthly yard clean-up for the summer season. Raul was on-time and professional. His office staff was courteous and helpful too. The yard services will begin on 5/21 and will include weeding, trimming, raking, blowing. Raul offered to have them check the front porch for flyers and newspaper and remove them. The charge shown reflects a monthly fee.

Description of Work: We used The Yard Experts to regrade our entire lot, both front and back. They put stone in front and sod in back with my design. They put the sod in exactly to my design. They planted trees, shrubs and plants. They did the whole landscaping for the back.

They removed the old plantings and replaced them with new ones around my yard. They created a patio with paver bricks. This area measured 400 square feet. They prepped the area by removing the grass and assuring stable grounding. Also, they repaired the sprinkler system and trimmed bushes.

Description of Work: Albert came out and did estimate on time and very professionally. The work crew removed dead limbs from one African sumac and one limb from lemon. Trimmed up two African sumac trees, lightly trimmed two queen palms. Staked one palo brea tree, but obviously didn't understand what they were to do or how to do it. Blew and raked desert rock front.
