Joel was excellent to work with from the start of getting a quote to completion. He went above and beyond to take care of some problem areas on my tile. This is the first time they were professionally cleaned and sealed since our construction was completed. I highly recommend Riggs! They were worth every penny!

The carpet had several stains from a puppy that has a learning problem. We tried to remove the stains but it only got worse. Joel, from Riggs Services, explained that our efforts caused permanent damage but he would try to get the carpet back to normal. When I saw the work he had done, I was thrilled. The damage is barely visible and the carpet looks great! I've worked with Riggs Services in the past and they are always professional, prompt, and their prices are reasonable. They are the, hands down, the best!!!

Another wonderful carpet cleaning job by Riggs Services. We've been using them for years, we love that they're a local, family-owned and operated business. Joel takes his job seriously! We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and the carpet looks and feels great now. Riggs Services is affordable, not cheap....warning-don't do "cheap", always do affordable (you get what you pay for!)

For the most part went well. However one area was still stained, although the others were fine. I called Riggs to come back to do that spot and haven't heard nothing back from them in over a week and a half.

Great! Have used them for years for carpet and floor tile cleaning and for marble tabletop and marble shower polishing. Always does a good job at a good price.

Emails were sent to explain what I needed to do before Riggs Serviceman/owner Joel arrived. Joel arrived promptly, was very courteous and did a great job on our carpets. We had a few pet issues and so far am not able to tell there was one and the carpets look nice. Will use again and price was realistic.

Joel arrived on time, and cleaned the carpet so that it appears brand new. He removed spots and spilled paint I did not think could be removed. He was very professional and completed the work with care to not damage baseboards. The carpets were not wet, and the house smelled great. I will definitely be using Riggs Services in the future, and I recommend them to everyone!

I previously used Riggs floor cleaning service on a couple rentals and loved the way my floors turned out. In the rentals even the tile and grout looked like new. In the past, I spent 2-3 days on my hands and knees scrubbing to remove 2-5 years of tenant grime when they moved out. Joel had the tile floors looking like they were just installed in about 45 minutes. After seeing what he could do for the rentals I was determined I would never break my back scrubbing another floor again and I would even have my own home cleaned. It only took about two and a half hours and was just as pleased with the results. I tried to move as much furniture out of his way as I could to expedite the service and what I couldn't move he did. I had years of grey water build up since I had been cleaning my floors with a home carpet cleaner. There were not many other stains but the few there were, he managed to remove. Originally, my carpets were light in color with small brown flecks, and for the first time in years the carpet was light and I could see those little brown fleck again! I knew it was clean. I plan on having him out every six months or so because he's so reasonable and does the job so well. No more breaking my back to get my floors clean. My home is a small single story four bedroom not more than 1300 sq ft. I have a lot of tile but at least 10' x12' to each room I had cleaned if not a little bigger. Thank-you Joel for another job well done, see you in six months or so.

I was so impressed with the quality of the work on the carpets, I asked if he cleaned tile and when he assured me he could do it as well as I do with a scrub brush, harsh cleansers and bucket on my hands, knees (which takes me three days) I decided to give it a try, the price was so worth it just to find out if it was true. Turns out he wasso thourough and fast I'm going to give him ALL my business from now on.

Fantastic! He took his time on the heavy traffic areas to make sure they looked great. The carpet cleaned better than I expected and was dry very quickly. I moved all my furniture onto my tile so he can clean as much area as possible, and he even put out these special corner protectors to make sure the cleaning hose (snaked between all the furniture during cleaning) didn't scuff anything. He parked his truck in such a way that any water runoff didn't get into my driveway/plants/grass. I'm impressed with this company and will continue to call them back for both my carpet and my tile cleaning. Thank you!
