+ -1 moreThey did not work to the promised time budget which was then amended twice and they did not adequately clean the house. They did not have the right tools and did not meant the time budget because they were more interested in talking than working. When I spoke to Mr. Palladino I was disappointed that he did not offer to make the problem right. His superintendent was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
