Awful he never returned to fix what he installed backwards. Lawson’s came out and redid his work at a great price. And took photos of his work for the record that he had installed stuff backwards, that’s why the water was running out the shower 🚿 and the tub . He never returned a phone call either.

Awful job. I had to call Lawson Plumbing to get the job done right and they video his work to document it on tape. I wouldn’t recommend him. Plus the Attorney Genernal Office is looking for him to pay me back my $ 225.00 yet. I just spoke with them today. They are on to him.

Leon was supposed to arrive at 7:30am he had not showed up at 9:00am so we called him. He said he had an emergency and was on his way to our house now. He didn't arrive until almost 10:00am. Once he got here he performed the work requested in about three hours. When he left everything appeared to be working OK. A couple of weeks later the R/O system started to leak out of the weep hole in the faucet. We contacted Leon and he said he would stop by and take a look that afternoon. When he came he said that it was probably some waste backup from the garbage disposal. He disconnected the lines to the R/O and blew them out and assured us that everything would be fine. Well guess what the next day the R/O faucet weep hole started leaking again. This time we called a different plumber and found out that the sink drain system was hooked up incorrectly and it had a backward pitch to it. Also the R/O line was installed on the low end of the drain so waste was backing up in the R/O overflow port. We were also told that the wrong type of R/O unit had been installed. The new plumber fixed the drain problems but had to replace the R/O tank and filters because they had become clogged and contaminated. Needless to say we will never be calling Leon again for our plumbing needs

Leon was late coming to the arranged install time. He never called and when we contacted him he said he had an emergency and would be there shortly. An hour later he showed up. The installation was performed and he was paid. 5 months later our R/O unit began to leak from the air gap weep hole. We contacted Leon and he came over a couple of hours later. He had problems removing the R/O air gap tube but finally got it off. He blew out the tube and reconnected it and said all was good. Later that day we washed dishes in the dishwasher and had flood. The R/O air gap was leaking again and the waste drain was now leaking also. We called a different plumber and when he arrived said he had never seen a job that was done so poorly. He had to replumb the drain that Leon had originally installed and change the R/O faucet because it had so much gunk inside of it. So to make a ling story short what we thought was a fairly good install by Leon turned out to be a real nightmare. We will not be using Leon Helmandollar Plumbing again in the future.

He completed all work in a day and a half.

Cracked and broke my ceramic toilet, said it was fixed, took check and left. When we flushed the toilet it was pouring water everywhere. Leon would not return calls after that. Obviously he knew he cracked it and never returned our calls.

We have used and recommended Leon for years and always liked his work. A couple of weeks ago he came and replaced the toilet actuator and strangely did not demonstrate it for us. He always would in the past with any of his work. He just got his check in a hurry and left. My wife went in and tried the toilet right away and water went everywhere. It was a mess. She called him right away and he did not answer. She left a message. He had some automated machine call back and say 9:00 am the next day. He never showed. Then I called when I got home. No answer. Some automated machine said 10:00 the next day. he never showed. So the I called again and really emphasized that we were upset that we were without a toilet to his answering machine. No reply. I then got a bunch of towels ready and flushed the toilet to see what happened. Water went everywhere. It came from a crack in the porcelain where he turned the nut to tight and cracked it. I bought a new toilet and had another plumber install it and when it was removed and disassembled it was very plain to see that when he put the new style actuator on there was a big gasket installed below the tank. When he replaced the tank the tightening of the bolt broke the bottom part of the toilet really bad. It was obvious to us the way he acted was so strange afterwards, left right away, never returned our calls, that he knew exactly what he had done. I even called him and respectfully explained we knew what he had done, and why he treated us that way as we used him for so many years. I would have understood and helped pay for the replacement. I also have my own business and when things don't go well you have to deal with it and do the respectful thing. Life is hard, but it doesn't get better to hide from problems, it gets worse. I called him again and once again in a respectful way told him we replaced the whole toilet and please give us a refund for the original $ 100.00 work. He never returned my call. I hope that he is ok, I have no way of knowing, but I will never use him again.

EVERYTHING WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND ON TIME. WE RECOMMEND LEON FOR ALL PLUMBING JOBS.

He is absolutely fantastic. He is an absolute super gem. He came out about 3 hours after we called him and arranged within three days to have it fixed. He has always been absolutely fantastic with scheduling. We had a leaky toilet which was a warning sign that we had a leak in our water heater. He came out on Sunday. We called and just left him a message saying to call us whenever he gets a chance. We went home from church. He called and said he would be right down. He took care of the leak. They couldn't find a better plumber anywhere in the valley at all. I can't say enough good about him. For the scheduling and performance, I would give him 15 out of 10. Overall, they're an A+. He was very fair on price.

He finished with installation at 8:30 AM and left. Upon further inspection I found a water leak in work he performed so called him within 10 minutes of him leaving but no answer so left message. He finally called back at 1:51 PM and stated he would be over around 10:00 AM on 3/25/2014 to fix. I left at 11:00 AM for prior appointment he never showed up. It is now 3/28/2014 at 5:45 PM and I have not heard from him but he did cash the check. He will not be allowed back on my property. I will find somebody else to fix leak.

Mr. Helmandollar exceeded all our expectations we always call him when we need any plumbing work done.
