I was working in Australia for four years and was unable to rent out my house and choose not to sell it. I hired Capstone to check on the house twice a month for me until I returned permanently. I received an email from them after each visit with notes of anything that needed addressing and pictures of the house and yard so that I'd know if anything were out of place. If i become a snow bird or go out of the country again long term, i would happily hire them again.
Description of Work: Attended my house twice a month while out of the country long term.
