+ -1 moreHigh Powered Bad Business Owner. This is a person that should not be allowed to run a business. When things go well (when the customer is happy) I am sure he is a nice person to work with. The people that come to the house to clean pools are nice, and prompt, and professional. The problem: is that the owner is a terrible person, treats customers rudely and doesn't take ANY responsibility for an unhappy customer or care about the issue that made them unhappy. After weeks of failing to respond to my issues, or to my wife's issues... or clean the pool I paid to have cleaned properly my pool experienced a Black Algae outbreak and he decided to just "never come back" via text and would no longer answer his phone. Expect to be lied to whenever it is convenient. Lied to about service, lied to about details of the service, lied to about being too busy to care and answer the phone, lied to and gaslighted about your expectations... and at the end of the day expect a business owner that takes literally zero pride in their business or customer service or even their own personal interactions as a professional. There are other people providing this service in the area that take pride in their business and I highly recommend avoiding this angry incompetent business owner at all costs
