They did a good job. We used them when we moved last year. Yes, I would use them again if needed. There were two or three people that came to clean. It took them about three or four hours. We were definitely satisfied.

Affordable Home and Office Cleaning were amazing. They worked with me to get in the day before we closed, and they even moved around some customers to get in to clean my house. They were prompt, efficient, did an amazing job cleaning, and all around great ladies! If we hadn't moved to the opposite end of the valley, I would definitely be using them on a regular basis.
Description of Work: We sold our house and had to be out in 2 weeks. As a new mom with a small baby, I needed help cleaning the house before we closed, which was right before Thanksgiving.

Lisa and crew came and did detailed and thorough job on a home we just purchased. The former owners had left it basically clean, but we wanted that professional level of clean before we started moving in, and they certainly did that! Went well.including prompt arrival time.Discussed service both before and after. Got along very well with our big, active Boxer. Small items that we had dropped, such as coins, were placed on a table. Then we discussed, and agreed on,the next visit. Since we did not wish to change the service details, there was no price change. Cannot imagine how the job could go any better. Quick but thorough. We have scheduled a once every two weeks cleaning - for the next six months.
Description of Work: Cleaned tile floors, vacuumed rugs.Cleaned both bathrooms, including shower stall and tub. Cleaned toilets and sinks. Cleaned kitchen sink& counter top. Sealed granite. Cleaned microwave and toaster oven. Dusted ceiling fans in entire house. Dusted Venetian blinds, all rooms. cleaned and polished front of all kitchen appliances, including top and sides of refrigerator. Dusted throughout the house, including shelves, books, TV and knick knack shelves. Washed inside of sliding glass door where. dog leaves smudges. Dusted picture frames and other wall decorations.

A total waste of money and waste of time. The house wasn't noticeably clean. The floor had been re-tiled and when the owner and her daughter arrived to do the cleaning she informed me that the cleaning of the floor was not included in the package and that I would not be happy with the floors once she was done. I immediately called my husband to deal with her because she had frustrated me beyond the point of no return. I would never use them again.

Wow! When I read a review like this that has an " F " I know something has gone wrong some where. Because your cleaning had been done almost a year ago, I had to go back through a lot of paper work on clients that I always keep for good records just in case this kind of a reveiw or as most of the time, clients call back for our on going services. When I arrived at your house on time and then had to wait for you I had a feeling this day wasn't going to go well. As I walked into your home and immediately noticed aprox. 2,000 sq. feet of newly laid tile, grout dust and tile dust, I informed you that the deal you purchased did not include that kind of clean up. I then explained to you that I was a cleaning service not a floor company, and that all I could do with the fool was to dry mop it and then flat wet mop it and chances were good that the floor needed way more work than that and you would not be happy with the result. The deals here on Angie's list are so people can get to know us and use our services at an affordable price. Not to take advantage of us just because of the money back guarantee. Discloser is everything. It could mean the difference between an "A" or an "F".

Great experience. Lisa arrived on time and was ready to get to work. She cleaned counters, cabinets, drawers, floors, vacuumed carpet. Thoroughly cleaned 2 bathrooms as well as light fixtures in the house. The kitchen appliances look great and I couldn't believe that she was able to get the kitchen sink sparkling clean. It has seen better days and I thought for sure that i'd have to replace it, but Lisa came through and it looks great. Overall great job and will hire again.

I was very impressed with the cleaning they provided in my home. This company was by far the best cleaners I have had and I have purchased many other "deals" which were a joke. The other cleaners promise several hours, but never quite made it to the master bathroom or kitchen. Affordable Home & Office Cleaning provided excellent cleaning services, my home was spotless. I was extremely pleased with them. And plan to hire them again.

Wow! I think you might have the wrong company who answered the phone saying what?! The conversation I remember having with you was that you had to have your cleaning done on March 10, and I was already fully booked for that particular day. I gave you several options but none of those dates worked for you. You also told me that you were having some remodeling done in your home including drywall. I remember telling you that if I had to clean up after construction especially drywall I would have to charge you extra. That's when you said you were going to request a refund and hung up on me. Sometimes there just isn't enough days in the week to be able to accommodate everybody's schedule. I have Angie's list so that I can be very busy, and fortunately it is working. I would hope that if anybody has only one or two dates that you absolutely need to have cleaning done that you might call first to check if there is availability for the date that you need before purchasing any deal online. That would've been a way better way to go instead of leaving a review for anyone's company saying that they answered the phone with" what" just to get your money back. As a responsible caring and quality driven Company, I do hope that you do get your money back.

I was able to schedule for the day I needed the crew to come and at a convenient time. They called and were able to arrive earlier than scheduled. Spent about six hours cleaning thoroughly: vacuum, mop, dusting, cleaning fixtures in bathrooms and kitchen, clean the inside of the oven. Excellent job, the cleaners were friendly and proficient, and did everything I expected, and in fact went a bit beyond my expectations in some areas.
