They showed up at the house a half hour early which was great. The got right to work. My wife and I are totally impressed with the results. Not only did they do the usual cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming, they even used a blower to clear the front patio! They wiped down the wall and door edges that had accumulated dirt from constant use. Oven cleaned, Microwave cleaned, outside of fridge, cleaned the blinds throughout the house, the fan edges, everything. The price we paid was an Angieslist special but we will definitely use them again for the next cleaning even without an Angieslist price special. Money well spent.

Lisa and Felicia did an amazing job on our house! It's squeaky clean! Lisa was quick with getting us on schedule and had excellent communication as far as when she would be at our house and for how long. She did an excellent job communicating with me up front on what was included and what wasn't, and we walked through the house together before she started. When she was done she waited for me to come home and look at everything to make sure I was satisfied. I was! This is an excellent business and I am very happy with the services they provided.

Great job! The house looks good, and hasn't been this clean in awhile. Lisa and her helper showed up a bit ahead of schedule and pitched ritght in. Didn't stop until they were done. We have lots of knick-knacks and they moved them all. Very thorough job. Will use again.

Very flexible on timing. Arrived as promised. Did an excellent job of cleaning the house - kitchen drawers and cabinets, bathrooms, etc. Highly recommended.

Our home has't looked this good in a long time. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they also arrived right when they said they would be there. Didn't have to sit and wait around like you do for a lot of other companies. I definitely will use Affordable Home and Office Cleaning again and will highly recommend them to our friends and anyone else that would like a professional home cleaning. I had recently purchased a home in Nashville and had already leased my home in Gilbert to some good friends of ours. On the day of service, I was already on the road to Nashville so I had my brother meet her at the house to let her in. He was not there to supervise. A day or two after the service, I was notified by my renter that they stopped by the house for a quick walk through and informed me that the house was still very dirty. I contacted Lisa and she agreed to come back to check it out. Renters had stated that in their limited walk through, some very basic things were missed including a ceiling fan not even touched, very dirty window sills and the AZ room wasn't touched.My brother let her into the house again and let Lisa re-evaluate the house. She called me back within 1 hour to tell me she took care of it and it's super clean now. When my renters came back to the house to start moving in they had a chance to really take a close look at the cleaning that was done; Needless to say, they were very disappointed and very frustrated with the situation. I told them that Lisa said she would return, but they were at the point where they had to start moving in. They said they would finish the job themselves. I contacted Lisa to let her know about all of the things that were either done poorly. or not done at all such as dirty walls, inside of windows, AC filter and grate, sliding door window, appliances and cabinets left dirty and AZ room left dirty. She really blew up this time stating that she doesn't do windows nor does she wash walls due to some problems in the past with smokers. I told her that I was pretty sure thewording in her big deal stated that it was all included. When I asked her why her page on Angies List clearly stated that "General area cleaning includes: wall washing(washable paint surfaces only), cleaning of baseboards and trim, light switches, fans, doors and door trim, dusting, cleaning of AC filter and grate, inside of windows, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors". She told me she never put that in her big deal and that Angies list was responsible. She said they do it all the time to her. For example, they always change her limits of her service area. Then she basically hung up on me. Not very professional in my opinion. I went back to review the agreement and it clearly states that she washes walls, washes inside windows and other things that she claimed were not included. My renters sent me a bunch of pictures showing the poor job that was done. After seeing the pictures, I was pretty upset at that point. I have a regular house cleaning service that basically does the same thing for 55.00 week. This was supposed to be a "move out" cleaning which to me , sounds like a much more thorough deep clean. Especially for the 265.00 I paid her. I tried contacting Lisa for the next 2 or 3 days until she finally called back.I told her I was very upset and disappointed. At that point I asked for my money back. She again claimed that angies list was responsible for all of the claims on her big deal such as windows and walls. I told her I purchased her service due to what was written on her page. Since I did not receive what was promised, I wanted my money back. She once again blamed angies list andin a very condescending and quiterude way told me she would never give me a refund and that she already contacted angies list and that they agreed with her. It is my opinion that she needs clarify with angies list what she does or does not do while sheservices a home. This way, people who purchase in the future will know exactly what to expect.At this point, I just want mymoney back. Iwill be giving it back to my renters to compensate for all the extra work they had to do. do a "move-out" cleaning of my 1700 square foot vacant home.

Our daughter and family were coming for a visiit and adventures on the 26th and our grandson is highly allergic to dogs so a deep cleaning was in order. I purchased the Angies' Deal and contacted Lisa and she took charge to make sure all was ready for the arrival and arrived as scheduled on the 25th. Lisa and her assistant got right to work. We knew we needed a deep cleaning and were amazed at the dirt and grim that was present even though we had a house cleaner on what had become an irregular schedule. A lot was missed. It took longer than was anticipated but Lisa stayed until the job was done which my wife and I appreciated. Time did not permit the fridge getting deep cleaned but it is on the to do list now Affordable Home and Office Cleaning will be our regular Home cleaning provider from now on coming every two weeks to keep things ship shape. There are a few adjustments to be made as I have mobility challenges and Lisa is working with me to provide for my requirements. We couldn't have found a better answer to our prayers than in Lisa and Affordable Home and Office Cleaning and look forward to years of service and friendship with Lisa and Affordable.

When I returned home they were gone and what I saw was very disappointing. I called her and told her the following: The tile floors were not cleaned properly and they did not vacumn under beds and missed a lot of other areas. All the furniture in the bedroom was not dusted AT ALL. The kitchen floor looked better before I left and I asked what she used on it. She said a flat mop and water, nothing else. It looked dirty and I took a damp paper towel and went over one of the floor tiles and it was dirty.. The furniture was not dusted in 2 of the rooms and some of the ones that was dusted was dusted around items. Underneath the couches was full of dust bunnies and this could have been taken care of as the couches move very easily on the tile floors. The bathrooms did not smell clean and there was no disinfection as far as I could see. The baseboards were dusted but still had some dust on them. The whole cleaning was very unsatisfactory and I feel a lot of things were overlooked. I called her to tell her of my disappointment and what I found undone. She seemed surprised to hear that I was not happy and it upset her. I told her not to get upset but this was not what I considered a thorough deep cleaning and I would never have paid $500 as what was advertised as the original price. $225 was too much for what was done. She became defensive and started talking about a piece of paper that she found under a lamp that she thought was put there deliberately to try to trick her. I told her I don't trick people. All I wanted was my house cleaned. She went on about this candy wrapper for a while and I told her my friends child probably put it there so we wouldn't know she ate a piece of candy. She said a lot of people do things to try to trick her. I said I don't and to not dwell on a piece of paper when I was disappointed with the whole house. She then calmed down and said she would return my money which she did. She offered to come back out and would be out the next morning at 8am. I said okay but after I hung up I noticed so many other things that were not done that I actually cried and got very upset. I called her back and said don't come back because I just didn't feel they did anything close to what they were supposed to and a return visit would probably not bring any better results. It seemed that most of the things that were not done right she said her helper did. I told her maybe she needs a new helper but ultimately she should be the one to check out things at the end of a job. She did admit to not dusting the light fixture that she knew she was supposed to. As far as vacuuming under the beds she didn't know she had to and as far as vacuuming the upholstery she didn't think I would want that. I said all that stuff is a deep cleaning and I had read reviews about how she was so good. She said the reviews didn't say that people paid extra for that kind of stuff. I said that is part of deep cleaning. What her and her helper did I could have done myself. She returned my money and I have to now find another housecleaner, but this time I will stay home. She said she has been in business many years and felt bad that I was not happy with her work. Sorry, but I called it as I saw it. Even my husband, who does not usually comment said he thought the house looked better before and our floors were shinier before she mopped them. She seems like a nice person but maybe she should have taken longer and done a thorough job. She was at least honest enough to return my money, because at the end of our conversation I think she realized I was right and I am sorry if it hurt her feelings. She called a few days later to see if I got my money back and I said yes and thanked her.

My house is about 3,200 square feet but it was DIRTY. I have pets and didn't do much cleaning up for the last month I was there. WOW, she did an excellent job, was very responsive, and got the job done within two days of me purchasing the coupon. The house was absolutely spotless when she was finished. I can't say much more other than I wish I still lived in the area so I could use this company again.

They were easy to work with for getting the move-in cleaning scheduled. That was important because we were waiting on some work on the house to be completed before they came in and it was hard to pin down a date. Even as it worked out, the other workers were not quite done. Lisa and crew were gracious and willing to coordinate and work around what others were doing. And we still got the house cleaned so we could start moving our stuff in. Very happy with how it all worked out. Thanks.

We were driving across the country and communication was difficult but she persistently made contact and we were able to coordinate a time that worked for both of us. She provided excellent service and made a note of all existing damage rather than us being surprised by it. We will do business with her again anytime if the opportunity arises.

Lisa is great about calling ahead of time to let me know when she's going to arrive. And then she arrives at exactly that time! A few times I've had to change the date due to being out of town, but she's always very flexible about finding another day to clean our house. She and her associate(s) manage to clean every nook and cranny, from the inside of the microwave to the top of the refrigerator, and the house always looks terrific after they've been here. The few times when we've had concerns, she's addressed them promptly, and they've never happened again. She definitely wants to make you happy. Overall, she's a pleasure to work with, and we love how she makes our house look.

The two ladies that came were very polite, came at the time arranged, and did a very good job cleaning the house. I learned about Affordable Home and Office Cleaning through there listing on Angie's List. Read all of the reviews listed. The first time I talked to Lisa, she was very up front about the job description and cost, so when they came I knew what to expect. Again, both ladies were very professional.

Prompt call back. Lisa did not commit if she could not fit me in. She told me exactly when she could come and she arrived early. Quick clean even for the first one, it did not take 8 hours. She came in, cleaned and did an excellent job. Communication is the key to her success. She will clean now every other week and take the stress off having to come home and do it all myself. I look forward to each of her visits when she will do something extra in the time she is allowed.

The 2 girls here worked like beavers. They did not stop the entire 6 hours that they were here. They moved furniture out of the way and really got under things. They got up on ladders to get the fan blades and light fixtures. They were pleasant and professional all the way. They are not the cheapest in town but I feel that I got my moneys worth. I want to have them back on a regular basis to keep my house looking nice. Thank you Angies List

II called Affordable Home and Office Cleaning to see if they would be interested in a whole house spring cleaning. I let them know that the house was really really dirty, no real clean in a year, 2500 sq. ft. of dust, cat and dog hair, etc. They responded quickly to my message and fit me in on the date I needed the work done despite little advance notice. Lisa and her partner were exceptional. They worked very hard and cleaned my house from top to bottom, including washing silk plants (which probably had never been washed!), meticulously dusting large cases of books, fixing a hanging window blind, etc. etc. Never complaining about the state of the house, they were cheerful throughout and said they really enjoyed the challenge. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing housecleaning, and will be using them regularly now so that my home doesn't end up in the same state next year. Thank you so much!!!!!

They showed up on time. Cleaned the house from top to bottom and did a wonderful job. Was very friendly and courteous. I am having them clean now on a bi-weekly basis.

I called Lisa about a month ago and I was pretty desperate because I had a house cleaner who had been injured and my house which used be cleaned weekly had not been cleaned in about a month. Lisa was able to schedule me within a few days and she made a point to have an open schedule so that she could get the lay of the house and do an initial deep cleaning. She did a fantastic job even the baseboards were cleaned and she seemed to get every nook and cranny. She was able to come even though I was not home and followed up with me the same evening for feedback. She is a great communicator: she texts be a reminder the night before, she let's me know if there are any changes to the time she can come (even though I will most likely not be there) and she is open to feedback. Her professionalism shows both through her work and her ability to maintain a regular schedule and keep me informed. While she has cleaned by home for about a month, I trust her implicitly. She has done a fantastic job. I highly recommend Affordable Home & Office Cleaning and have already recommended Lisa to friends.
