Leonard and his wife are the proprietors and live in San Tan Valley, a few miles away from our development so it was like dealing with a local business. Leonard set up an evening appointment through the Angie's List message board, showed up on time, was congenial and replaced the ice-maker in short order at a fair price. Prompt, efficient service is becoming a rare commodity these days, so five stars to Leonard! We will not only call him if/when we have another repair need, but we will refer him to our neighbors in our development.

He assessed the problem and advised us on what we needed and returned that afternoon, as he said he would, and fixed the problem. very professional.

Repairman came out the same day we called. He found the problem in about 30 minutes and explained what had to be done and needed a part for the repair. He went to his parts supplier and returned 45 minutes later. The part was installed and refrigerator was working again. He gave us a one year warranty on his work. We are very satisfied with A to Z and will call on him for any other appliance failures.

They found the broken parts quickly and had parts on hand to address the issue. Timely and professional response. The dryer has since ran great with quick drying times. The price was fair considering the parts needed to get it up and running. Also, the service tech inspected the other components and found the system running otherwise.

Leonard fixed my problem over the phone. 10 second fix that was very much appreciated. I've used Leonard on other repairs I've needed and he has always done a great job at a fair price. This one he fixed for free by sharing his knowledge over the phone, I will be sure to call him for any repairs around the house. Honest man, I hope others who read this may give A to Z their businrss.

My garage fridge was not cooling down properly. Leonard gave me a time frame of 10a-12p to come out. He arrived a few mins past 10, very friendly and professional. He spent a few mins checking out the fridge and give me the bad news that the fridge would need a lot of work to get running properly again. I decided to forgo the repair and buy a new one which he agreed was the best option. Since he couldn't do the repair, he did not charge for the service call, and told me to keep his number and would honor the Angies list deal later down the road. Little things like this will keep me as a return customer. I had a friend use him as well a while back and recomended A-Z to me. While no repair was made for me, the time he spent is certainly worth something but he wants a repeat customer which he has now.

WOW! The Tuesday afternoon after Labor Day, I called A to Z Appliance Repair. Now, I'm not sure if this typical; but, the man showed up within the hour! The "competition's" online service said I would have to wait a week! Luckily, it was just a fuse on the dryer, and it was up and running again in no time. The representative was very nice and professional, too. I will definitely keep A to Z's magnet on my refrigerator for future reference!

Mind you, I'm new at this 'take 'em apart/put 'em back together' thing so I based my repair on YouTube videos... When a Leonard arrived (better than punctual!), straight out he told me he'd just go ahead and install the parts just so he could be assured it was done properly (after all, we ARE dealing with parts that regulate the heat on the dryer..). So, shocked, I agreed - this would save me time and strife later! He installed everything in a flash, with me looking over his shoulder all the while so I could learn for any future needs. He was good spirited about me watching everything and asking questions, courteous and just a joy to have in the house for that very short period. I'm very, very happy with the whole experience and will highly recommend A-Z to anyone needing appliance repair, without hesitation!

Refrigerator was out of warranty and I wanted to find a local service tech. A to Z had good reviews and was recommended by another dealer who didn't do Samsung appliances. Oren Lewis responded to my phone call. He told me he works on Samsung refrigerators all the time and would come take a look. He did. Said he would have to research the issue and would get back to me. After I called him more than a week later to check on status, Oren came out again and said he needed to put a silicon caulk around the icemaker to reduce the humidity and air transfer to the ice maker. He put in the caulk and said to let him know if it fixed the problem. I paid him for the service calls and the labor to caulk. I tried calling him a few days later to let him know the caulk did not work. I continued to try and reach him -- twice by phone and two texts. It is a month later he has yet to respond to my calls/messages. It is as if he dropped off the earth. I then called another tech (who is out of Fenton and recommended by Samsung). He said the caulking should have been inside the ice maker and not on the outside as Oren had done. Additionally, the fan and auger will both need to be replaced. I believe Oren was trying to help, but he obviously didn't know what to do and the lack of response is just rude.

It went great! He came out on a Saturday morning. Arrived when he said he would and did a great job. He even offered to take the old dishwasher if I couldn't get the store to recycle it. He gave us some tips on keeping the new one in good, running order. Exceptional experience and exceptional value.

Well the Maytag Brand is garbage now, but the service I got was awesome. Leonard Mullen was prompt and very professional! My Maytag 's transmission broke and there was a leak at the seal. It wasn't worth fixing because Leonard explained how expensive the part is. But he recommended a new heavy duty washer (Speed Queen) we bought it and now have a 15 year warranty on the transmission! Speed Queen he told me was American made and is heavy duty. I bought the $125.00 service deal from Angie's list but Leonard only charged me $50.00 so I now have a credit of $75.00 I can use with him on any other appliance that breaks down. I highly recommend A to Z Appliance to anyone and I promise you you won't be disappointed!

I've used this provider a couple of times. The last was to repair a Bosch dishwasher. They are reasonable, and let you know what the repair will cost ahead of time. I would use them again for my appliance repairs and have recommended them to friends who have had the same excellent results.

Dryer stopped heating. Called A to Z based on the reviews and scheduled a visit with Leonard. He arrived promptly as scheduled. He diagnosed and explained the issue thoroughly. He ordered the replacement part and returned the following day to complete the repair. I was very pleased with my experience and will use A to Z again.
