Felicity Construction

Paul came to see what the job would entail. I was also considering some interior work which we reviewed as well as the exterior work. I contacted him afterward for an estimate for just the exterior work and he came out to measure and give me the estimate. He measured the area to be painted. When he finished measuring he gave me a verbal total estimate with no explanation or breakdown that was so high that it was clear that he didn't want the job.

We were amazed and pleased by the professionalism of Felcity Construction during the renovation of our kitchen. The project began with Paul and Nancy helping us design the kitchen and ordering cabinets, fixtures, supplies, etc. They provided many helpful suggestions on how the space could work better for us. They then helped us set up our temporary "kitchen" elsewhere in the house and the project began! The scope of Felicity's work included tearing out and disposing of most of the old kitchen cabinetry, etc,, removing a portion of a wall, adding new switches and outlets and plumbing as necessary, installing cabinets and all major appliances, installing tile, painting and probably a million other things I am forgetting. He also kept an eye on the granite installation for us. The entire process took about a month and was completed on schedule. Every night when the work was done Paul made sure to clean up everything in his workspace. To us, this was just one of many signs of his dedication to providing quality service and his attention to detail. It has been a little over 2 years since our kitchen was completed and we still absolutely love it!
