Diane Kurzhals

I contacted Diane Kurzhals on the referral of a friend, and told her what sort of property I was looking for and what areas I would be willing to look at. Diane was immediately responsive, professional and personable. She emailed me many listings that I then culled through, which helped her establish what I was looking for in more detail. She asked a lot of questions and listened well, coming to understand exactly what would appeal to me and what would not. She drove me around to properties during two separate visits to the area by me. She was friendly, helpful, and willing to push the property a little but without being salesman-like. She seemed to enjoy looking at houses as much as I did, and was helpfully observant. When I eventually expressed interest in one house, she took me back to the house more than once to look around more. After I made an offer, she worked hard to get me a good price in the negotiating stage, and took the time to explain everything to me since I'd never bought a house before. She offered to call inspectors to set up appointments when I couldn't get hold of them, and she came to the house during inspections in case I had questions. Throughout the process she was responsive, friendly, helpful and professional without any sales-push that I experienced with some other realtors that I worked with in other parts of the country.
