 + -1 moreMeeting was great! Very impressed with the owner! Very knowledgeable, friendly and ready to work. Unfortunately we will not be hiring, hubby wants to do his maintenance himself BUT if I had my choice I would hire in a minute.
Description of Work: Was looking for a pool company to maintain our pool/chemicals and keep us from having a pool disaster like last year.

 + -1 moreThis is not going well. The pool is not clean, the guy that services the pool is almost always talking on the phone the entire time so I just don't think he is paying attention. The real estate agent that I used to purchase the house is how I ended up with these people and since then they have been charging me an arm and leg to service the pool. The bills come in email and they expect you to mail them back rather than pay electronically. I guess that is a good thing since they add random things to the bill each month. Chris is nice enough but it is clear he has no idea what his technicians or office support are doing. The trouble is that there aren't many services to choose from in this area so I guess they think they can rip me off.
