I received unsolicited SPAM text messages from this company. That's an F in my book.

work was performed and they are not standing behind their warranty. don't respond or follow up after seeing the extent of internal water damage. wanted to even argue about having done the work! comments about the lack of attention to detail echo our experience. now having to pursue legal remedies.

We were assigned this company through a home warranty program. The customer service was terrible. They couldn't give us any estimate of even the day when they'd be out. We asked for at least a 30 minutes heads up when they were headed to our house, so I could run home from my work to be there and show them on the interior where the leak was. They 'forgot' to call, and only did so 5 minutes before because they somehow had the house number wrong. My husband and I rushed home. They were pulling out of our driveway as we both pulled in. My husband flagged the guy down and asked to speak with him, but the contractor was on his phone and said he was too busy. The quote we got from them was for $4,000 (which was far more than our warranty covered). We got quotes from two other contractors. They broke their quotes down into two parts which were: 1) $250 for just leak repair or $2,000 for full roof repair and 2) $500 for just leak repair or $1,500 for full roof repair. The second and third contractors said it would have been nearly impossible to tell where the leak was if we hadn't shown them on the inside. So it seems Rock Roofing just gave us a quote to do as much repair as possible. We decided to go with a different company.
