"Rick is one of the best in the industry. He has worked on a variety of brands and a variety of units. This is a huge perk when you have an old system. Most people come in your home for 10 mins and then try to sell you a new system, not Rick. He can set you up with a new one, but he can also pull out all his knowledge and work on your older unit. But, my favorite thing about Rick is how kind he is. Not only did he fix my unit, he also taught me some tricks of the trade to keep it running on my own and not needing to call and pay him for something I can do. What a saint!!! "I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."

"Orangutan has not only lack of basic 101 customer service but also buys cheap AC capacitors made in China (you can buy it $10 from Amazon) and charge over $350 for capacitor replacement. Worst part, they don’t give warranty unlike other companies who give 1 year warranty. My capacitor blew out less than a year. Especially answering service staff, Sherry gave me a conflicting information. Tried to file a complaint but manager, Kim did not call back for 2 days. They don’t bother to intervene and have been ignorant. NOT worth to use Orangutan"
