Amazing Scapes LLC

Very well. This is the second time we used Amazing Scapes and they were again excellent. They showed up on time, completed the work very professionally, and were very responsive to suggested changes. We definitely plan on using them again in the future.

I would use Amazing Scapes over and over again. They were so professional, ON TIME (seemed to be a problem with all other landscapers we received quotes from), well-priced and efficient. They listened to my desires and adjusted as we went. Put a lot of thought into our specific needs and didn't try to change our minds - just told us pros and cons. Entire backyard complete in 5 days and they did a lot of prep work to get it just right before laying pavers and turf. Love these guys.

I am 100% satisfied and my dogs are beyond giddy with their new backyard! When I came on Angie's, I looked for a company with the best reviews, highest ratings and exceptional quality. Amazing Scapes went beyond my expectations. Robert and his crew were extremely professional and worked tirelessly on the brick wall, the pavers and finally the gorgeous pet turf (Let's just say if they worked for the city - roads would be repaired a LOT faster!). The quote was spot on and although my back yard was the area they worked on, the FRONT yard even looked better after they left! The team noticed and either repaired or alerted me to issues I didn't even know about. Every step of the process went smoothly and they were done ahead of time. Not only would I hire them again, I would only hire them again.

It went perfectly! This is the second time we have used Amazing Scapes for work in a backyard. They are a very friendly, professionally run company. They are responsive to the customer's needs. They have full landscaping capabilities. In this project, we had synthetic turf added to our backyard as well as had trees and shrubbery added. Their crews show up promptly and they always leave the area clean and tidy when the project is completed.

His crew did the work in a timely manner (we were on a deadline to get the wall done in time to move our dogs into the house). Everything looks fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Robert and his crew again for any landscaping work.

Excellent work by Robert and his crew. They started the job on schedule and completed all work in the time frame they committed to. The crew was very polite and professional. They were very responsive to requests or suggestions. We plan on using them again on another project. It was one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor. I highly recommend them.

Excellent in every way. Robert the owner, is professional, personable & accessible. Jerry, the overseer, checked work each day & spoke w/ clients. Ivan the foreman, & all workers were competent, courteous, and hard-working.

In one word: Fantastic! Now, more details... Because this was a very big job, I had gotten 3 bids---2 from "big guys", and then Robert Duran at Amazing Scapes (because my Facebook friends had recommended him). The decision was easy---I went with Robert, because he was MUCH nicer to deal with, and his price was also the best. The experience was great from beginning to end. I had a family emergency early on and had to postpone things---Robert was kind and professional. After the driveway had started, I went shopping, and returned to find about 100 feet of pavers laid---and, because our driveway is SO long and straight, and because of the regularity of the K-pattern, all I saw was .... stripes. My heart sank! I agonized over what to do! Finally, I decided to call Robert---work was aborted, and Robert was there in 30 minutes. Again, he was kind (I felt horrible!!) and professional and extremely fair. Robert repeatedly says "we want you to be pleased" and I've learned that they really mean it when they say it! We ended up re-doing the already-laid section, and laying it on the diagonal. We paid more, which is totally reasonable---it ended up being a lot more work with having to cut all the zig-zag edges to prepare for the cemented border. To me, a real sign of a good company is when "something unexpected happens" and they respond well---and Amazing Scapes was *amazing* with this "snafu"! Our job lasted about 11 work days (some partial days, some not-full crew)---it was a big job. He has a great group of workers---all are respectful, professional, and hard-working (some do not have good English skills). Robert's brother, Jerry, "checks in" in-person every day, to see if all is going well, and to address concerns. They started precisely when they said they would. Robert had estimated just short of 2 weeks, and (with the minor snafu) it was 11 work days. So... right on schedule. The crew arrived by 6AM most mornings, and worked (usually) to mid-afternoon, with a lunch break. The work was in September 2017, so you may need to scroll down a bit through other public posts. I would (and likely will) get work done by Amazing Scapes in the future! I cannot give them a higher recommendation!

Robert and all his crew from start to finish were excellent to work with. Always concerned with getting it right. At the end of each work day the crew always left the area cleaned up. I'm so impressed with the workmanship & attention to details (all done in the sweltering heat!) they provided. Every time I walk out to my backyard it makes me smile and whenever anybody sees it the first thing they say is "WOW!". Throughout the project, I really appreciated their input & ideas and at the end, it came out just as I had hoped! A huge THANK YOU to, Robert, Jerry, Ivan, Camarron and the other hard workers for an excellent job!!!

They were an excellent company to work with. The communication was outstanding throughout the job. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, present a design that matched our needs and did a great job of matching the design to our budget. Our yard is sloped and Robert was able to provide a design that met our needs without requiring expensive grading work. There were a few hiccups with plants and the grill island, but they were resolved quickly and professionally. We had a birthday party scheduled and they worked OT and showed up on Saturday morning to complete all the work in time for our guests to enjoy the new back yard.

One word; AMAZING! Started out by meeting Robert Duran (owner of Amazing Scapes) about 3-4 months ago to go over details, design and plan. We went back and forth a couple times about the details, and finalizing everything we wanted in our dream backyard. After speaking to a couple other landscapers in the area, everything Robert showed me put him above the rest. His professionalism and love for his customers puts him in a whole other league. Yes, cost went into the decision too, and Robert wasn't the cheapest but wasn't the most expensive either. I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for. We hired Amazing Scapes to complete our project and he got started 2 weeks later! The team was efficient, hard hard workers, and they did not rush their job to move to the next. They spent their time on all the small details, and even redid something on the fire pit they didn't feel was to their standards. I am just blown away. It took them a week and a half to do everything and I am beyond impressed. They showed up when they said they would, even in 100 degree weather. Nothing could stop them! I love my backyard and highly recommend them to anyone!

Before this project, Amazing Scapes put brick pavers in my entire back yard. See previous review. The job was amazing and perfect. The current job was a lot smaller. They finished it in a day and a half. It was perfection...just as I expected. Robert (owner) listens to what you want done. He then draws out the project so that you (or he) can submit it to your Home Owners Association (if you have one). Robert explains what you can expect from beginning to end. This is a highly professional service. The workers are professional and timely and pay close attention to detail. The sidewalk looks amazing and the pavers that they put down on the front landing was also exceptional. They clean up after themselves and and remove all debris once the project is finished. Robert's father-in-law (Jerry) checks in with you daily to make sure that you are satisfied. I have one more landscaping project for Amazing Scapes in the fall. This group is the best around. I would recommend them for any job..big or small. I have included pictures so that you can see the work from the middle of the project to the very end.

Robert and his team are exceptional! We love it! Robert and his team kept every appointment with us and frequently communicated if they were early, etc. He gave us several choices for each decision we needed to make, but also had a recommendation on each. The work was done very early on the last day so it felt like they finished before the deadline. They were very respectful of our home, yard, neighbors, and schedule. They met with us daily and verified we like the work they were doing. The yard drainage was maintained and they set the turf and patio level, while maintaining it. We could not have been happier to find a company that would partner with us and complete the pieces we needed done so we could complete the rest on our own. When it was complete Robert came back out and explained our pre-existing timer to us and gave us tips on how to install our drip emitters on the line his team buried for us.

The owner, Robert comes out and discusses the project with you and then writes up a quote that you get very quickly. Once you put a down payment on the project, you then schedule a date and work begins. My installation of the pavers was April 4th. The workers were here by 630 am every morning and worked tirelessly all day long. Robert's father in law comes out every morning to check on the job and meets with you. Every morning he heard the same thing from me...I was very pleased and had no issues. They cleaned up after each day's work and left everything in meticulous. They finished the job ahead of schedule. The end result is phenomenal. I feel that Amazing Scapes is competitively priced. The work that they do is 5 out of 5 stars (and then some). When the job is finished...your property is left clean and neat. There is a reason why Amazing Scapes gets such a high rating on Angie's List.

The owner of the company Robert Duran provided a detailed estimate of the desired project. They actually were able to start the project a week ahead of time. Mr. Duran provided samples of the pavers and turf to us to insure that we were pleased with the products. His work crews were on time and hard working professionals they did excellent prep work for the pavers foundation and turf. They provided us the time to insure the design of the paver patios and turf was exactly what we wanted. The finished project is fantastic . The company's attention to detail to Mr. Duran, his right hand man Jerry and the crews foreman Ivan were outstanding. I had observed some of their projects in the adjacent subdivisions in the past and how pleased the customers were with the finished projects is why I choose them over numerous competitors. I can' say enough on how pleased I am from the first contact with Mr. Duran to the last employee at the project site who insured that the area was pristine from any debris. I have two other planned projects in the near future that I want this company to complete.

Exactly as planned. Robert came out, helped us pick the rock, plants and designed a landscaping plan that was easy to maintain. We didn't know what we wanted as we are new to AZ. He walked us through the process and explained exactly what was going to happen.
