Going through the loan process we received weekly updates on what had happened during the week and then what to look for the next week. All of our questions were answered quickly and clearly. Now that our home has been set up and we have moved in, we have continued to receive timely service in response to minor adjustments. Hancock Homes made the home buying process very easy and stress free. Many businesses today could learn a lot from the quality and professionalism practiced at Hancock Homes.
Description of Work: Hancock Homes helped us buy our dream home. We have a beautiful home on wonderful lot with open spaces and 360 degree views.

 + -1 moreHis set up man is named Joe Pena. His crew did excellent work setting up our new home. Eric was involved in all aspects of the construction and set-up. This is the first new home my wife and i have ever owned,we are in our sixties.
Description of Work: We bought a new home from them, and they kept every promise made. Eric Hancock went above and beyond to get us the best interest rate possible. His staff are nothing but professional.
