Mike, the repairman, arrived at the promised time on Monday, May 16, 2011 and removed the torn screen door. He then inspected the faulty sliding door and determined that the rollers had failed. He removed the stationary side of the door, in order to access the sliding side, then removed the broken rollers and left briefly to buy new ones. He returned in a short time and installed the new rollers and then made sure the track was clean before reinstalling both sections of the sliding door. He then returned to the shop, taking the torn screen with him for rescreening. On Tuesday morning, May 17 Mike returned with the newly resecreened door and installed it. The sliding glass door and the screen door are sliding perfectly now. We are very happy with the work of Boulevard Glass.
Description of Work: Our double pane sliding glass door wouldn't slide anymore...the rollers were worn out. We also needed the screen rescreened and a doggy grill installed on it. I called Boulevard Glass and they came out the same day, right on time. Mike, the repairman, was professional and skilled. We are very pleased with the work performed.
