Description of Work: This actually happened January 26, 2010 and the city of Nogales was involved. The company took on a job that they were not qualified to do. Then tried to pass it off as complete and asked for a credit card payment. The inspector said it failed and would not turn back on gas. I refused to pay until they had completed the job. They even tried to get my handyman to lie about the job being complete so they could get paid. I hired another company that arrived and told them to leave since they were going to complete the job they were unable to do. Then before they left they tossed a huge rock in my sewer line that backed up later that week. My tenant saw them and tried to tell my handyman but he didn't see it and didn't know weather to mention it to me or not. Long story short handyman doesn't work for me any longer.mj

+ 0 moreThey are excellent, reasonable, reliable, and we love them. They had to find the septic tank, they had to redo the lines, they ripped out a toilet. They ripped up our yard and put it back together, which was great, and they were neat. They lovely people, they are responsive. They didn't yell at us for not maintaining our system. They were very persistent, they were very considerate of out tented. They took the time to explain what they were doing and they showed us, they were very educational.
Description of Work: Our septic over flowed, and they came right out.
