I called Rio Rich Excavating LLC for an estimate on cleaning up and re-grading the backyard lot, which was left in a disastrous mess by another contractor (Handy Manny). After comparing the available contractors, I called Rio Rich Excavating LLC. I left a message and soon after I received a prompt return call and thus was able to set up an appointment for the same day with Hector, the owner of the company. Hector was very understanding and respectful of my predicament and time constraints. The project included re-grading, some tree stumps pulled and river rock put back in place. The team assigned to the project did an excellent job. They were very prompt on the appointed date. Throughout the entire project, the team members were professional, respectful, and communicative. A more hardworking and diligent crew is hard to come by. I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend their services.
