Do Not Waste you time with this company if you are looking for good customer service, etiquette, sensitivity, understanding, thoughtfulness, consideration, or discretion. Contacted company 10/2/2014 and left a message, received a call back 10/2/2014 asking for more detail and how to arrive to our land, I told him that I would and that we live in Oro Valley but will be driving down to Rio Rico the next day and are available for 11:30, 1:00pm, or 1:30pm. We sent more detail via email 10/2/2014 of what were are looking to do. Requested an appointment at the land to go over email detail face to face, provider scheduled 10/3/2014 11:30am. We had spoken with other companies in order to obtain quotes from more than one source, doing our homework. First appointment was at 11:00am and at 11:15am I called leaving my cell phone number and left a message with Earth Builder Construction, L.L.C. asking if could push back a little. We were finishing up with with first appointment at 11:32am when Earth Builder Construction, L.L.C. van (father) did a drive by where my wife and I were standing and kept on going, never saw again. First appointment left at 11:35am. My wife and I were wondering what happened to Earth Builder Construction, L.L.C. at 11:37am when provider (son) called me with an attitude and said (paraphrasing) "my father did not want to stop because you were talking to someone else, we are very very busy, the provider you were taking to we are not sure if is licensed or not, do you want to deal with licensed or unlicensed contractors?, we know everyone down here." After telling provider (son) that my wife and I could have split up if necessary, and he needs to understand why we need to obtain more than one bid, he said that he would contact his father and call me back, I then told him that we will wait here and would expect to see his father in +/- 5 minutes, I do not want to reschedule I am here now from Tucson area. I received a call back stating "My father is in Tubac now (two towns over), let's reschedule" at which point I hung up since I was not being listened to or understood. An hour and a half later when we arrived back home, I saw an email with the same tone and information in it.
