Robert was great with communication and delivered exactly what he promised...faster than I expected. He was faster than the other guys to quote and perform the service...and he brought a better proposal for my bushes and trees. I was confident from start to finish he would get it right. His team showed up on time and knocked out the work in one day. He called me while I was traveling to keep me updated and offered to come back out when I got back to town to go through the work. Usually, I like to be in town when work like this is going on, but I felt comfortable with his reputation and demeanor and he didn' let me down. After returning from my trip, there were one or two changes to the system I wanted. He came back out the same day I called and made the updates. He was excellent to work with start to finish. My neighbor recommended him as well and used him to repair work that a "craigslist guy" never got quite right.

Robert and his crew showed up on time. EVERY DAY. They cleaned up the mess they had made during the day (dirt moved, stone cut, etc.) EVERY DAY. They were courteous - every one of them, all the time. They made some "on the spot" changes that were not part of the original plan, and did it with a smile, even though it didn't add anything to the price. They went out of the way to work with us. Each day, at the end of the day, we could look at it and see how MUCH progress they had made. By the time they left, work completed on Friday, our neighbors were walking by, stopping by, driving by slowly (or stopping) to see what a transformation Water Wise had made in our yard. I have respiratory problems - when I went outside (often) to see what they were doing, the dirt shoveling and stone cutting stopped, so the dust wouldn't bother me. I was really impressed with this consideration. My husband had talked with Robert during the week about work we'd like done in the back yard (which is in better shape by far than the front was!). At one point Robert said "When we - make that IF we work on the back yard..." and my husband told him "Make it WHEN, because we WILL have you back here!" Thanks to Robert and Gonzo and crew for all you did. The real "end of the story" is that we are thrilled with the look of our front yard, and would recommend Robert and Water Wise to anyone, any time. They /he were /was fabulous,and so is our yard.
