I have used V & V Roofing twice now...with outstanding results! The business was recommended to me last winter when I needed a patch. My Contact, Freddy, Returned my call, same day. Made an appointment to view the issues the next next morning. He was right on time, reviewed the issue and set an appointment out a few days. On the day of the appointment, His crew was on time and knew what to do (they had taken photos of the area needing repair). They removed a section approximately 8' x 14'. Again photos were taken showing the damaged area prior to completing the repair. They replace the felt underlayment with a substantially stronger material and completed the task, again supplying photos of the process. The price for the service was very reasonable. I needed additional repairs caused by a build up of materials that caused the rain to push back under the tiles causing leaks to the interior of our home. Here again, I called to make and appointment and Freddy was on time reviewed the areas gave me a quote and the crew was on the job the next morning (Temperatures during their work day hit 113 Degrees) they kept right on going. They showed me photos of the areas showing the materials that had obstructed the water causing it to move under my tiles and destroy the felt underlayment. The repairs were completed, areas were cleaned up leaving the area as if know one was ever there. I would highly recommend V & V Roofing for any type of roof repair or replacement. their service is excellent, they beyond what i would have expected and met all of the stated objectives at the price quoted. Victor did a great job. Fredrick was very responsive in email. We’re very friendly and I’m so happy I located them. If I ever need another repair I will be calling them again.

Gave us the run around for a week. Promised us to get estimate to us, never did. Called the office manger, who yelled and cussed at me and told me she didn't care if I ever got the estimate. So unprofessional and rude. Unorganized and a complete reck of a company.

As usual, Victor went above and beyond to make the repairs. I had my entire roof replaced April 2011 by his company. I never had one leak until this last rain storm we had in 2014. I called Victor and he came right out to take a look at my stained family room ceiling. Once he and Zach looked at the staining they knew it was coming from the chimney. They both climbed onto the roof and it was revealed that I had two half dollar size holes from the woodpeckers pecking the stucco!!!! And the perimeter of the fireplace had been pecked and had cracking in the stucco. Since I was not able to go onto the roof, Victor took a picture on his cell phone and showed me when he came down what the problem was and why I had a leak. It was not from poor workmanship, it was from WOODPECKERS..... Both Victor and Zach did the repairs, re-secured the chimney cover and even inspected the entire roof for any further damage. Victor would not accept any payment for doing this repair! How amazing is that in this day and age........ He also assured me if I had any further problem to call and he would be right out to fix whatever needed repair. I can say YES I would use Vand V Roofing again. Thanks Victor.

The crew was prompt, skilled and friendly. It was extremely hot during the project, but the crew remained cheerful and never skipped a beat. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

They seemed OK. They answered questions and returned my calls promptly. The overall experience was good. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this company again.

Victor (owner) came out on 4/11/2011 for estimate where we agreed on terms and price. The roofing materials were delivered on 4/13/2011. What really surprised me is that he was the only roofer who did not ask for an up front fee/deposit for his services. He was actually my third estimate and was approximately $3500.00 less than the other two estimates. My roof job was started on 4/15/2011. Victor himself came out with a crew of approx. 6-8 men and had the tile roof torn off in about an hour. It was amazing to watch. The job took about 8 days from start to finish. There were a couple of days of storm activity in the area where he had to stop his crew. Victor took the time to explain many aspects of the project that I was not aware of since I had never gone through a re-roofing job. He and his crew were always respectful, polite, willing to answer my questions and always returned my phone calls and/or questions. He even provided painting services of trim work that I needed, as well as drywall repair. He always kept in touch with his crew when he was away from the job site. I was very happy with the work provided, the price of the job, his professionalism, and craftsmanship. If you need a roofer; Victor Vasquez is the guy to call!
