Description of Work: Had a huge willow acacia tree trimmed and thinned. He did an amazing job, didn't take forever, cleaned up nicely and even fertilized the beast of a tree. He had good knowledge and advice for us on future care. Exactly what we wanted. Hard to find a decent tree guy in Casa Grande, too!

+ -1 moreWhen we called Robert, I left a message and he returned our call in a day. He came out and gave us an estimate for trimming our fully grown Willow Acacia in front of our house. Robert came on time and was professional and even gave us a bit of education on the care of these trees and evaluated the health of it, as well. We received a written estimate, via email, the next day. We were unable to get ANYONE else to actually give us an estimate for this one tree, as apparently Casa Grande is too far from anyone and one tree is not a big enough job. SIGH We did however get one Tucson tree company to estimate the price of a trim via text and she advised us to take Robert's bid to do the work, as it was reasonable. Robert came at 8 am on the day specified and had even confirmed via phone earlier and by email the day before the job. This wasn't a huge job, but it did require a very tall ladder and a pole trimmer/saw. He was well equipped. Robert did the trim and asked us to come out and look at the work to make sure he had done it to our satisfaction and to see if we had any questions. He showed us a few areas of concern with our tree and why he hadn't trimmed it heavily. It made sense to us. He raked up the limbs, swept up the sticks and blew the leaves. Plus after the treatments, he went back and racked our rocks. We were quite happy with Robert's work and would use him again.
Description of Work: Trimmed a full grown (9 year old) Willow Acacia for the monsoon. Hauled off trimmings. Treated for insects and fed the tree.

+ 0 moreRobert Garcia came to provide an estimate last week. He spent time explaining the process, including some tips of maintenance as my palms are ~30 yr old. He was very personable, and came in slightly under the other company's estimate that I received. He has been in the business for a long time, is insured, etc. which is important to me after being ripped off by some non-professionals last year. He returned today, did the work himself with one helper, and gave me some feedback re: next year (we will need to use a boom) as well as maintenance as my palms are old and not in great shape. . He was realistic, not pushy, and I believe I will use him again.
Description of Work: Removal of palm fronds from 7 Mexican fan palm trees in my back yard.
