Description of Work: I ordered a replacement power cable for my salt cell chlorinator from them. I received it, but it turned out the cable was not the problem. I called the company back to request a refund for the UNUSED item, and the owner, Kim Arunski, informed me that returning it would be no problem and as soon as they received it back she would issue the refund to my credit card. They recieved it back the next day via US Mail (confirmed by tracking #). I checked my credit card account every day for one week. NO REFUND. I called the comapany and spoke to KIM again one week after they recieved the item back. She acknowledged recieving the item and said she had already processed the refund and it was a closed matter as far as she was concerned. I told her it was NOT a closed matter since I never received the refund. She said she would "check into it" and would call me back later that day.I never recieved a call back that day or any day since then. I followed up 4 times since then via phone and get nothing but voice mail. I left numerous messages to call me back and that I wanted my refund but I was never called back.

Description of Work: I used their Website, "saltcells.com" to order a replacement salt cell for my pool. They emailed me back my confirmation order as you normally receive when you order something online. two weeks go by and I have not received my order. I send in an email to their address on the website... No response. A few days later, I send another email... No response. I finally call the number they have on the website and a person answers the phone. I'm thinking I am getting somewhere. She says she has my emails and is researching my order and will call me back by the end of the day. No return call... The following week, I send another email and leave a voice message for them to let me know if the order has been shipped. Nothing... A few days later I call and ask them to cancel my order and send me notification that my credit card will not be charged so I can order the product from a different company. No return call or email... I am not a person who writes reviews, but I felt I should warn folks from dealing with them if they are looking to purchase from them.

Description of Work: They installed our pools saltwater system and service it every two weeks.
