Jeff was a Godsend. I recently purchased this home and decided that the orange tree needed watering. There was a hose bib on that side of the house. So, I attached my hose and turned it on. Well, it wouldn't shut off plus the handle broke off. I tried a wrench and all it did was turn and wouldn't shut off. Water everywhere, all over me (I was drenched) and I had to shut off the main. What a comedy, I can say that now but at the time I was a little unsettled. Thank goodness I don't panic. I got my new booklet and saw Majesty Plumbing in yellow and saw that they were on the east valley. I called and got Jeff. It just so happened that he was on the freeway going right passed my house. He said he'd be here in 15 minutes. He got here in 10 minutes. He went right to work. Because this is an older home he had to open the wall to access the pipe. He extended the pipe and put in a new hose bib. So, so grateful. I am a new customer to Majesty and I called technically after hours, at exactly 4 when they close the office. But he still waived the after hours charge and still gave me 20% off for being an Angie's List subscriber. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. We paid a little extra as we had to pay for the pipe. He was nice, prompt, and he did a good job. He was nice. We ended up using the time that was left over, and he worked on the bathrooms.

Replaced one of two shower faucets. The faucet replacement I provided for second faucet was by different manufacturer then the original. Original faucet not available in Home Depot. Plumber recommended calling the original manufacturer and getting a replacement since MOEN provides a life time warranty. I will use this plumber again.

Called to say he was running ahead of schedule to determine that someone would be at home. I went over my list of things I wanted to be done. First, he replaced the valve in the master shower taking care to put down protection for the floor. He then re-caulked the corners of the shower. Replaced the flush valve in the toilet. Cleaned the slow moving drain and replaced the stopper in the sink. Passed along some tips of how to avoid some issues in the future. Made sure that all surfaces were clean. All in all, a very relaxed, no stress experience.

Service was outstanding.....initially scheduled service call from between 9am-Noon and Jeff gave courtesy call indicating he'd finished a job early so if worked for my schedule, would like to come and hour early to perform our job. Advance courtesy call indicating early time slot available greatly appreciated. We'd paid for 2 hrs labor plumbing special - all parts provided by customer. Showed Jeff the two bathrooms and what we wanted done and also if time, would like the hose bibb replaced on main water service outside. Jeff said, "no problem with doing all the work in two hr timeframe." Jeff Lewis, Majesty Plumbing, LLC, was very professional and knowledgeable and completed everything we'd wanted done in those two hours. Both my husband and I were very impressed with quality of work on all jobs and honestly didn't expect there would be time to do outside job...pleasantly surprised at all that was accomplished. We've already given his name to several friends for any future plumbing needs and we'd request again for future plumbing needs. Jeff also noticed some rust stain in our toilet and suggested because we do have softwater unit that we should get it serviced as no stains should be appearing.....appreciated that "heads up" valuable information as well....attention to detail, courteous, on time....my bathrooms are both nice again in appearance as well as faucets, etc are operational and no leaks....fantastic customer service!!

We had a main line clog of our sewer line that flooded our house on the night of Monday August 12th. We purchased the deal package from Majesty Plumbing for 99 dollars. Jeff called us very shortly after we made the purchase and scheduled us for late morning the next day. About 2 hours before the time scheduled, he called and informed me that he could come early. He came and snaked the main line and cleared it for us and since we had time left he looked over my kitchen sink to tell me why I had low water pressure there but nowhere in the house. He disconnected the main water lines to the sink and verified that the problem was in the faucet. He let me know the issue was with the faucet itself and that it would be easier and more time saving to replace it in the future. Jeff was very professional the whole time and answered all the questions I had thoroughly. He was very clean and took extra measure to make sure that water didn't get all over the place under the sink. If/when I have issues in the future I won't hesitate to contact him again.

The plumber was extremely professional and a craftsman. He immediately went to work and when he was finished, he left the area clean and ready to use. This was the first time I had used the company and I will definitely do so again.

Jeff was outstanding. He came out and was fully prepared. He had towels, buckets, was concerned about protecting my cabinets and valuables. He took a look at each item, and was able to fix the kitchen sink immediately. He evaluated the master bath and determined that more repair work was needed. Unfortunately, it did require approval from the warranty company. I heard back from them immediately after approval from the home warranty. They were replacing the facet and value in the tub. Jeff came out, and took care of the facet and the tub. It was fast, it was easy and he showed care for my home. I would absolutely use them again.

My washing machine drains into a sewage ejector that is on my patio; water flooded the patio when washing machine drained. Technician replaced the switch with the expectation that would correct the problem but unfortunatly it did not. I phoned again and repairman responded immediately and replaced the pump which fixed the problem. He was prompt, professional and very polite. I would phone Majesty Plumbing again.
