Kevin was great! He gave me a free estimate, emailed me a quote, was able to work within the time frame necessary, so we could close on time and even managed to get the work done earlier when he had an unexpected opening. The job his crew did was awesome and I am so impressed by the whole experience! If we ever need roof work done on our new house, Kevin is who I will call!

Kevin came to our home on 11/4/15 to give us an estimate on replacing our 22 year old roof.He told us that they would remove our current roof before they put on our new roof. He gave us the name of 4 companies and which level of quality to look at for the color that we wanted. When he was getting ready to leave, he said he wouldn't be the cheapest or the most expensive. we got 2 other estimates one was more expensive, but using the same quality shingles. the third one was cheaper but so was the quality of the shingles. I called Kevin and asked him when he could start and he told me 11/16. He brought over samples of what we wanted to see in shingles, we made our choice and we were very pleased with the shingles we chose. The crew showed up at about 8 a.m. and about 8:30 he came to the door and told me that it was too windy, that we would end up with everything in the neighbors yards. I agreed since the winds are running about 18 mph, the crew chief said they would be back the next morning We are so happy with the work the crew did. Kevin seems to be a bit of a perfectionist, we were outside admiring the roof and he saw a spot where the soffit needed a little attention, actually something that we would have handled. He said why, we have the wood and the paint, we'll take care of it. I would recommend K & T Roofing to anyone in the valley rt ould be back the next morning. They started work on 11/17 tearing off the roof and cleaning up everything before they left every day. They finished the roof on 11/20 and it is beautiful!

My house insurance company gave me Kevin Korb's name and company. I called him for a free estimate, thinking I would need a new roof. My main problem was leaking around the refrigeration unit but the 2nd roof was getting close to 25-30 years old and I was worrying about it. Kevin came out and inspected the roof promptly. After checking Angie's list I found he did give a senior discount which I asked for and he gave without hesitation. He said the roof was still in pretty good shape except around the refrigeration unit and I only needed repair around the unit with some sealing around the patio as well as a few shingles replaced. I was relieved--they came out within the week and quickly did the work. They were punctual and all very pleasant and friendly. Everything was cleaned up quickly. It ties in with the rest of the roof and looks nice. Kevin thinks the roof should last another 5-10 years. There is a 2 yr warranty on the repair and to call him if there is a problem. I was pleased with the promptness of Kevin's response and completion of the work.

Finished roof was excellent and matching the existing areas that were not replaced. The crew began removed existing materials and replacing them. Over a period of 4 days, they worked continuously for at least 8-9 hours per day. Each day they were quite good about cleaning up all of the debris for that day. They were careful not to disturb any existing shrubs around the house while working on the roof.
