Description of Work: Installed a 5 ton air conditioner. The installation began & ended on time. The a/c installers treated us and our home with respect. We appreciate the company's follow up policy to return during the hottest month of the summer to assure our unit continues to operate efficiently. Would definitely use this company again.

 + -1 moreFerrin Brothers never showed up.. TWICE! I took time off from work and they just never came. They didn't call either, not to say they wouldn't come or to respond to my phone call. I finally reached them and he didn't seem too concerned that they didn't come to the appointment but agreed to come today. Nope, didn't come today either. I called them. It went immediately to voice mail. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything.

 + -1 moreREASONABLY PRICED. INSTALLERS DID A GOOD JOB. RETURNED NUMEROUS TIMES TO ADJUST AND RECALIBRATE A/C DAMPERS AND VENTS.
Description of Work: INSTALLED ALL NEW A/C DUCTING AND A/C PUMPS AND COOLERS FOR 2500 SQ FT HOME.
