Excellent. Better than expected. Other companies wanted to install an entire new sprinkler & drip system. Esteban was able to utilize what was in place & upgrade.

Previous landscaper added a patio to my casita but didn't take changing grade of the yard into consideration. It made a d*** causing me to have standing water in my yard by the wall. Esteban Land Design came out to give me an estimate for repair. Esteban is professional, knowlegeable and friendly. He immediately saw the problem and gave me an estimate. Within the week the crew was here and began work on the project. Prior to completion we asked them to put pavers around artificial turf to keep the rocks out of the yard. Esteban again gave me an estimate. They did an awesome job. The foreman Jose was knowledgeable, professional and friendly he walked me around pavers and showed me some small drains they put in so there would not be any water standing in the yard. They cleaned up even though they were not done with the job. They put up trash cans and made sure the gate was closed. Upon completion they cleaned, used leave blower to clean the yard and made sure there was no rocks in the yard. They put back anything they moved. The yard looks great. Esteban is third generation and has been in business 36 years. We would definitely use Esteban Land Design again. Becca the receptionist is awesome in her own right. I enjoyed all the contacts I had with her.

Esteban Land Design: This was a 7 day project. Showed up everyday at 7 am with at least a crew of 4. Esteban was at the site early each day to cover expectations. Always an English speaking worker on site. Quality workmanship and very little material left on street at end of each day. Very satisfied with the entire project and outcome. Esteban even started 3 days earlier than initially told what the start date would be! No doubt that I recommend his work and would use him again.

I was initially pleased with the quick response after I submitted the quote request and appt to get an estimate, however, on the appt date - and after the timeframe promised - I received a call to see if we could reschedule for two days later. That second appt. day and time passed with no call/no show. I rearranged my schedule twice and received no estimate and no follow up.

Esteban was the first one to respond to a sprinkler issue I was having and since then he's been my "go to" company for other landscaping projects around the house. He's knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, doesn't try to "sell" me on things I don't need, and his costs are competitive, but it's his service and knowledge that set him above anyone else.

He's been wonderful to work with and very polite, professional and nice. He told me he was able to fit me right in as it was a smaller job. When a tree fell over, he came right back out the next day to help with it and cleaned up well.

The leaks were not fixed initially, this was the one of the primary reasons for hiring this contractor. There was no written estimate, everything was verbal. When they came back to fix the leak in front, they never contacted me, just did the work. This fix is working. Still have one minor leak in the back at the original location of the leak, even though this was repaired. I plan on fixing it myself.

Esteban's Land Design worked quickly and within our budget to get the basics of our yard going. They were thorough and very attentive to our needs. We really appreciated their ability to help us create a foundation to build upon for the future of our backyard. We will be using their services in the future to add other features to our yard when our budget allows for it.

Irrigation wasn't hitting the whole lawn and our flower bed. He buried valves that were sticking up when we bought the property and put them in a box.

It was good and the contact person was good.

They were fantastic. It took time for the work get started, but they did a very good job.

It went really well. They were very professional and had a good crew. They work very consistently. They started on time and I'm very happy with the result of their work.

Called right away and spoke clearly and precisely, so communication was good and advised me what the options were in a way that I could understand and then fixed it.
