Justin Diffenbaugh was recommend by our kitchen cabinet company, Affinity Kitchens, in Scottsdale. He is a licensed general contractor and was involved from start to finish. He came to the house and spent a good amount of time going over what needed to be done and promptly provided an estimate. I checked several of his referrals and the reviews were unanimous - and quot;he's greatand quot;. I even checked his estimate with friends who had similar work done and found it was fair. We agreed on the price and he gave me a schedule. They started the job on the agreed date and were on time every day - at whatever time worked with my schedule. He coordinated the kitchen cabinet and appliance installs and was invaluable in giving me advice and pushing me to do a little more than I would have done before - at very little/no additional cost. Diffenbaugh Design Build usually does much larger remodel jobs and new home builds, so the team is top notch. Nothing was too difficult and they took a lot of care to do the job correctly. You could tell they had a lot of experience. They were decisive, courteous and good natured. I never felt stressed about their capabilities. Justin went above and beyond many, many times and was always checking on things and communicating with me throughout the process. He was super responsive to email, texts and phone calls. Remodels are never easy, especially when we were trying to live in the mess. Justin made it as painless as possible and I am forever grateful. Any problems were fixed quickly and without complaint, and he always encouraged me to find anything else around the house that needed done so he could fix it. He cleaned up after his work everyday and respected our property and privacy. I would not hesitate to recommend Diffenbaugh Desgin Build for any remodel job. I will be calling him again when we remodel our bathrooms!
