DIAMONDBACK DECKING

Mike assisted with design questions and color choices. His crew was on time each day and worked hard to get the job done within the week scheduled. Mike was very knowledgeable about materials and application technique. He explained the process in detail and patiently answered questions. He and David were extremely accessible and Mike personally supervised the job. The end result was excellent overall. We are pleased with the appearance and craftsmanship. There was an unexpected incident with some blower oil spilling on the stained surface which required a repair. While they did the best repair they could, there is a noticeable blemish in the covered patio finish. Mike is very concerned with quality and reputation and will go to almost any length to fix a problem. A crack appeared in the front walkway a couple of weeks after completion and the company is working to fix the issue.

I was very satisfied with the end result. The estimate I was given was reasonable and the timetable of several days was very good. Diamondback Decking started the project within a week and completed the job in the agreed amount of time. The border needed a bit more attention so David and Michael made sure it was fixed in a very efficient manner. I was impressed with their attention of doing it right .
