Description of Work: We ran into a problem with the shower drain on a remodel. My tile guys were unable to proceed until the drain was reset correctly. I dug all the dirt out and chiseled some of the slab away in order to completly expose the p-trap and connection. When Kevin arrived and saw the pipe, he recommended I could do it myself. He explained the procedure and sold me the new pipe from the back of his truck. He saved me about $100.00.

Description of Work: The service professional was late for the appointment despite my calling twice to confirm my time contsraints, he did not have the right attitude, and did not fully check all the areas for leak. I discoverd a dripping faucet the next day. There were other areas that could be improved as well.
