Description of Work: I arrived home from a trip to find water in the garage and a damp carpet in my closet. The water heater was leaking. I called Coyote Plumbing because their service and technicians were very highly rated on Angie's List. Debbie was able to fit me into their schedule the following day. Terry arrived promptly and went right to work. He thoroughly answered my questions. I would gladly recommend their services and will use them again.

Description of Work: They basically advised me of the problem I was facing, they tightened some things to ease up the problems. They did not charge me for the call out.

Description of Work: They showed up when they said they would, in fact, they called to see if they could come earlier. He left a little mess for me to clean but I think it was because the unit was in an outside storage area, not in the house. It was nothing horrible.

Description of Work: He was prompt and nice, but the fix wasn't as it should have been. He didn't have the right part, bought another one but it didn't fit, so rather than fixing it correctly, he put the faucet in the bath and caulked with about a half inch of caulking around the faucet between the faucet and the wall. We were in the process of moving, lots was going on and I didn't have time to really check it out so I let it go. But, the truth is, it was not the right fix and I believe the plumber knew it.

Description of Work: The service that was provided was replacing an old kitchen faucet and old shower valves. I was very placed the shower tile did not have to be broken to get to the old valves. Their extra care on the job saved a lot of extra work and cost for us. The technician was very nice and explained everything very well.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the kitchen plumbing. The leak was inside a wall, so it required pulling away drywall and doing major repairs. | |Coyote did a good job of fixing the leak. They came when they said they would and took care of it quickly. | |But they more or less railroaded me into using a water abatement service that they work with (the walls were soaking wet and needed immediate attention). The plumber discouraged me from calling my home insurance company--advice I realize I should have ignored. But he was convincing: "Let the water abatement people talk to them. It is very easy to say something wrong that will mean the insurance company won't pay." | |Before I knew it, my whole kitchen was being ripped out--which probably had to happen. But we have had significant hassles since between the water abatement company and the insurance company. The insurance company thinks that Coyote gets a kickback from the water abatement company for recommending them. | |It was an emergency, and I was in a vulnerable situation. I believe that Coyote and the water abatement company took advantage of this, which is why I give low marks for professionalism and a low rating overall.

Description of Work: This is the second time I used Coyote Plumbing this spring. They installed 2 new toilets for me. They did a nice job and were professional. I highly recommend them.
