Description of Work: We contacted this plumber to evaluate hot water & ice maker issues. We bought the coupon, I called the number to set up the appointment. Was informed a lady in 'scheduling' would call us back. We did not receive a call. I called again & got same story, did NOT get to speak to the person in scheduling. Online we requested specific dates & those had all passed before I finally got the call from scheduling. Scheduled the appointment, window of 2-4pm. Tech was late. He called AFTER I called scheduling to find out his ETA. He explained to me about his last job running late, etc. He finally arrived & smelled of cigarette smoke & judging by his look, had put in a rough day. He looked under our sink & turned the water pressure knobs back & forth & declared, "That is as good as it is going to get." To his credit, he was polite & smiled through his clear exhaustion.

Description of Work: The deal I purchased was for a plumbing service call plus one hour of plumbing service. I had a leaky toilet that needed evaluation and repair. It turned out to be a simple repair which was re-seating and re-sealing the toilet. Our service professional was friendly, earlier than promised...found the problem and repaired it-all for $6.00 additional dollars for materials. We felt lucky to have become acquainted with Coyote Plumbing and will not hesitate in the future to call them for our plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They did the job but we paid for an hours worth of work so I felt like he took his time so he could only complete one thing!! We had 2 small things to be fixed out side and we were told that if we wanted the 2nd item fixed it would cost 75.00. He also came unprepared and had to run to lowes to get parts!!!
