Description of Work: We had some issues with our plumbing in our powder room. He came out and replaced our toilet and installed a bidet component on the toilet as well. We have used them before and we are always thrilled and would recommend them to anybody. He is always so helpful, and polite!

Description of Work: Work was ultimately completed in a satisfactory fashion. The issue occurred when the plumber showed up for the initial appointment. I happened to be in the backyard and did not hear the doorbell ring. I did have my cell phone with me and they had the number. Instead of calling he just left a note on the door and went to his next appointment. I found the note 15 minutes later and called to say I was home. Instead of returning they rescheduled for that afternoon but could not give me a time frame. As I had already taken time off of work this was inconvenient. A simple phone call before leaving would have assured the initial appointment would have been kept.

Description of Work: Coyote Plumbing successfully cleared my kitchen drain. But first the plumber was telling all the things that could go wrong and could cost a lot of money to fix. I understand he was being thorough but I didn't need to hear all that. I would have been happier had he just cleared it without trying to spook me.

Description of Work: Scheduler was incompetent but the plumber was great once he got the information. Plumber was very professional and completed the job quickly.
