Description of Work: I am contractor from out of state with several rental in AZ and they fixed every thing they said and took care of another issues at no charge as they had time on there original bid. They have done repairs on several houses now for me. They are more old school on paper work and would rather mail than email, but thats fine. I trust to just send out and just bill me now on repairs.
