Description of Work: I had several small plumbing item that needed fixing since we recently purchased this home. The repairman from Coyote was very accommodating. He said Ok, Ok and took care of each one. Putting in a new bathtub stopper proved to be a bigger job, but he kept at it until it was done and looked great. I am very satisfied and will have them come again if needed.

Description of Work: There was a leak in the feed line from my water meter to the house. They diagnosed the problem, dug down to the leak and repaired it. Then, being late in the day and because the ground was saturated from the leak, the plumber said that he would come back the next day to fill in the hole. I waited all day the next day (a Friday) and no one came to finish the job or was I called to explain that he could not make it. I thus expected them the following Monday (Dec. 21). Again, no plumber and no call from the Company. I called them on Tuesday and the scheduler who answered the phone seemed surprised that the work was not complete. She said that they were booked up and unable to come finish the job until after the Christmas Weekend. She promised that someone would be by the following Monday (Dec. 28). Again, no call and no one came to finish the job. The next day I called again, getting an answering service. I finally got a return call from the scheduler explaining that the original plumber was out sick and they were backed up. Now, I understand that people get sick, but at the very least the company should call their customers and explain what is happening. On Tuesday, Dec. 29, a person did come to back fill the hole and clean up. I think the work was reasonable and was good, but the customer service, leaving me hanging for over a week was terrible. I would have to think very hard before using this company again.

Great work. | |However, I inadvertently paid for 2 single-hour service calls because of a glitch on your site, and the company never issued a credit to my card, or a statement from Coyote detailing the prepaid credit. I should have another $59 credit (the entire transaction was for $118). | |Admittedly, I have not contacted them... |

Description of Work: The initial appointment was for the installation of new equipment inside the tanks of three toilets in my house. The plumber who did the work was professional and did the work quickly. Unfortunately after that work was completed there were new issues with the flushing of the toilets. I called Coyote Plumbing and explained the issues and the owner scheduled another appointment to fix the issues without charges. All the issues were resolved by the second Coyote plumber quickly and very professionally. So I plan to continue to hire Coyote Plumbing again.
