Description of Work: The plumber was clueless. He stated we needed to tear a wall out to fix the problem for a cost of ~$5000. We fixed the issue ourselves for $10 one year ago with no additional concerns. The service charge was a waste as was our Angie's list membership.

Description of Work: The first call/message was unanswered. Second call was taken and service was setup. They did the service requested in a timely fashion and it was discussed that another would likely be done in the future. Approximately one week week later when contacted via email to setup the additional service, they responded to email that they would contact our tenant to arrange a date. They never contacted the tenant or myself. The work was never completed. |The company wanted payment by credit card over the phone without providing an invoice. When I requested an invoice, the lady said she would be doing those in a few days and would send it then. As the service was provided to our rental, I do not do credit cards on this. I mailed her a check the same day and she sent me an email with the amount of the bill. She then did a follow up invoice about a week later. |The service given was good and the tech professional. The low rating is due to the difficulty in dealing with the company over the phone. Getting a quick response does not seem likely. |Though the bill was on the high side due to the cost of the item replaced, I did not know what to expect so I do not fault the tech for that.
