Called 9 days ago looking for an estimate on a plumbing job. Still no call back.

We had a number of plumbing issues in our house - leaky faucets, RO systems, hose bibs, and water backflow devices. The gentleman from Coyote came out the first time, and fixed nearly everything free of charge! He said only took him 5 minutes, so he didn't feel like he should charge us - he had to come back to fix the 2 backflow devices, and did the work as quoted for the amount we listed. Overall, great service, honest, and punctual - what else would you want?

I noticed a lot of standing water in my front yard, which is desert stone landscaping. It was not coming from my drip system as I hadn't used the system in days. The City of Gilbert came to inspect and told me the leak was coming from an underground pipe for which I was responsible. The next morning, I checked Angie's List and found Coyote Plumbing. I called them and within an hour Tom (from Coyote Plumbing) arrived at my home. He assessed the situation and told me what would be required - digging to find the leak and then repairing the pipe. He set to work and within 15 minutes he had found the leak -a crack in a PVC pipe. He replaced the portion of the pipe that was leaking and filled in the hole - making sure to cover all the dirt with the stones he had carefully pushed aside. Tom was very professional, honest, and fair. He was very nice to work with.

We got four bids---all "Grade A" providers from Angie's List---and Coyote was the best. Dan provided the estimate and performed the work. He reviewed a video we had sent down the line, examined the site and provided a detailed estimate. He offered a lot of good information, a couple of different options, and was great to work with. We scheduled the work for a month later, after locating the line and having the lot blue-staked. He arrived promptly on the morning we scheduled, and estimated a two-day completion---everything was completed within two days except for a little backfill, which was done the third morning. He also added a clean-out midway down the line. Payment was easily facilitated through the office by phone. Dan was terrific, his crew got the job done, and a project we had been putting off for years has now taken a huge load off our minds---no more sewage back-ups. I would very strongly recommend Dan and Coyote for any plumbing jobs.

Original schedule was to be between noon and 5:00 PM on a Thursday. When no one had contacted me by 4:00 I called. The story was that due to contract with an apartment complex they had to respond to a call there. The call took much longer than anticipated. My beef, as I told Coyote Plumbing, was not that no one could come, but that no one called to tell me no one was coming. They did offer to come as late as 8:00 PM which I elected not to happen. We rescheduled for first thing the following Monday. That appointment was kept. The plumber was efficient and completed the work in just under an hour.

I called them on Saturday and made an appointment for them to come Sunday. He told me it would be time and a half, and they could come during the week, but not having a shower till the week after wouldn't work. They could have come that day about 5, but we had plans we couldn't cancel. They said they'd be there between 8 and 10 on Sunday and they showed up within that time period. The plumber was personable and informative and gave me a quote of $165, which was special Angie's list pricing and included the $20 off coupon from here. He did the job well and quickly, and I had some questions about plumbing (nothing too technical, I'm a clod around the house) and he took the time to answer them, I didn't feel he was rushing to get out of there, he wanted to make sure I had my answers. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and price, and would definitely use them again.

I called the company late Friday afternoon. I explained the hot water problem to Mrs. Good and asked if Coyote Plumbing could install a heating fixture to resolve my problem. She indicated it could be done and scheduled a repairman to do the job the following Monday. The repairman arrived on time, installed the fixture, and provided step by step instructions on how the system worked and was to be maintained.

on time, took pain to be sure it was done right. very pleasant. Will use again and would recommend.

We called at 4:30pm on a Sunday, had a man scheduled in minutes for 7:30. Dan was a little later but called to inform us. I had already gotten preferred parts and no trouble using them. Job was quickly and well done. Dan is very professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

The work they did was excellent! They gave me a price over the phone and they stuck with it, and I really appreciated that because they were very honest and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called, needed to schedule out a few days, and they did so. When I called to check on status of arrival time they gave me an honest estimate, and they were here when that time arrived. He came in, assessed the situation, gave me options, went to Home Depot and got the "stuff" to do the job, came back, and got it done quickly, efficiently, and he cleaned up the mess! He offered all discounts without me asking including the one because I got the name off of Angie's List!!!

Second service from this firm, same rep, same excellent service, definitely a keeper.

Dan was very professional. Did an excellent job. He was on call the night before arriving at my project, so he was 5 hours late. His office did call with updates, so I wasn't in the dark. He stayed to complete the job, late in the evening. I would hire him again in an instant!

Water drops for some time after closing bath tub. Off position of handle not aligned to the marker. Recalled the plumber to check, he mentioned that it is cartridge issue and not plumbing. The cartridge was new from manufacturer. I had to pay twice for the job since the plumber came to recheck.

I called the previous day to schedule the work. Dan arrived early in the allotted four hour window for the work. He was friendly, professional and had a good sense of humor. He cleaned up what little mess he made. He did the warranty work at no charge.

I phoned Coyote Plumbing because there was a major leak under my kitchen sink. Debbie made the appointment in the afternoon, and a technician was sent out the next morning. He quickly assessed the situation, told me what was wrong, and replaced the defective part. Everything is fine, there was very little hassle involved, and the price seemed really good. Calling the plumber is usually anxiety producing, but not this time.

Deb is great to work with. They communicate well and schedule quickly. Their tech's are prompt and efficient.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY PLEASANT, ON TIME AND THE OVERALL PRICE WAS FAIR AND MATCHED THE ESTIMATE PREVIOUSLY GIVEN. I WILL KEEP THEM AS MY PLUMBERS FROM NOW ON AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM ANY TIME. THEY EVEN CAME ON SATURDAY WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE.

THEY HAVE VERY POLITE SERVICE ON THE PHONE AS WELL AS IN PERSON. THEY CAME OVER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE COMPETITIVE WITH THE OTHER PLUMBERS I SPOKE TO. A NICE COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
