Called one day, had help the next. Plumber arrived on time. Told me what was wrong and what was needed. Wasted no time, and left a clean workspace.

I called Friday - they came monday AM as requested between hours committed. They were eficient - found the problem and fixed it

I liked that he did what was needed to be done instead of making a bigger deal out of it. And he was honest.

Their service was perfect, no problems.

We have used Coyote plumbing for several jobs at our home and at a rental property we own. They have replaced water heaters, fixed leaky pipes and done a few other plumbing repairs. Every time we call them, they are very responsive. They arrive when they are scheduled to and complete the job efficiently. The plumbers we have had have been friendly and professional and the quoted (and final) price seem reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

It went very well called at 8:00, had a scheduled appointment between 12: and 3:00. At 10:00 they called back and said that someone was in my area and could they come early. Corey came about 10 minutes later and was completed about an hour and a half later. Excellant service, cleaned up everything.

Cory was on time (early actually) and finished both my issues quickly. He was very nice and professional. Price was below what I thought and he did an excellent job.

Very well. I discovered water on garage floor on Saturday and called Coyote based on Angie's reports. Telephone answerer had plumber call with scheduling. Because of Labor Day holiday weekend which precluded acquiring a new water heater and previous appointments I was scheduled for the following Wednesday. He told me how to shut off leak and how to use hot water in the interim. When the job was complete the plumber even helped me move my heavy work bench back to it's original location next to the heater.

He was prompt, kind and courteous, and the price was reasonable. The job was done perfectly.

Excellent service! Dan was very thorough and informative (I asked a lot of questions). He installed a replacement cartridge that I had ordered but not installed, in order to prevent the kitchen faucet from leaking. He also checked the hallway bathtub drain and found that it was loose (the plumber's putty had started to show around the drain). Luckily, Dan was able to fix it before water could seep under the tub and cause serious damage! He also checked the master tub and shower drains to make sure they were OK and isolated the broken piece in the bathtub faucet so that I could send a picture to Moen.

Overall, Dan did a great job. He under-promised and over-delivered with both price and time to make the repairs. Job well-done!

Excellent. Doug came out and fixed the problem quickly. He also offered some good advise on a couple other minor problems I was having. I have used this company several times now for various plumbing needs and each time I have been extremely pleased with the service. The techs have been different each time and each time we always get someone who is knowledgable and can fix the problem quickly. I have always thought they provide a great service and at a great cost, and they are honest and dependable. They are now my exclusive plumbing repair company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently bought a house with a few minor plumbing issues. My 2 year old added to the problems by sticking a bottle cap down our toilet, completely plugging it. After several unsuccessful attempts to plunge or auger it myself, I decided to call a plumber to handle it, and to give me an estimate on the other minor leaks in the house. When I called Coyote Plumbing, they promptly answered the phone, and said someone could come out that afternoon. The plumber was on time, gave me a best case and worst case estimate on unplugging the toilet, and quickly solved the problem. He took time out to recommend a better auger than I had been using, and how to properly use it. When doing an inspection of the minor leaks in the house, he was patient and showed me where the problems were on each, and the costs involved in fixing them. Overall, very professional and thorough job, and with the Angie's list discount, a very reasonable price for the work.

I submitted a previous report (not good!) because the company hadn't returned my call. Today Debbie called me and I learned she'd just come back from surgery. While she was out her phone/answering service had left an e-mail notifying her that they were working on upgrades and that service might be interrupted. She had only just now (24+ hrs) received my message (OK, it was Qwest) and wanted to check on whether the message had actually been left yesterday, and whether things came out OK. I truly appreciated her having the confidence and professionalism to give me a call and explain what happened. I can tell from other reports that this was a very unusual circumstance and I would happily call them again next time something goes wrong. Ericka Barber

Discovered we had an unsalable water line rupture between house and street on Sunday. We excavated to find the leak location and put in temporary plug. Coyote Plumbing came when we called the next day (Monday) - same day service - and rapidly fixed the leak. They also replaced another valve that we had noticed was leaking by. Very responsive, very professional, gave 110%.

I woke up one morning to find that my entire front yard was flooding. After turning off the water, I used Angie's List to find plumbers. Coyote Plumbing said they could be out that afternoon. They called to confirm the time and Dan also called to say that he was on his way. While he was there, he did an excellent job at explaining to me what was wrong and what he was going to do. He gave me an estimate of the cost if I used him but did not put any pressure in case I wanted to use another plumber. After he was done, he had me come out so he could explain to me everything he had done, and he also wrote a summary for my reference.

Called in the morning and they came that afternoon. They were punctual, friendly and very professional. I would use them again for any plumbing needs I have.

Water was leaking to our family room from several spots. We ended up turning off the water, drilling a hole to help drain and calling Coyote. When they got here, the plumber was great. He cut a small of a square as he could have, so that after the repair, there would be very little work to fix the drywall. He fixed the leak right away and even fixed my kids tub. Another plumber had told me that second job would cost me as much as Coyote charged me for this whole job. I was unable to print the coupon, but they honored it anyway. We will definitely call them any time we have a plumbing need.

Excellent serviceman who explained everything. His work was precise and he cleaned up spotlessly. He even helped me with a small faucet for no extra charge. The charges were explained ahead of time and they even came under the estimate so there were no surprises. I was very happy with the experience.

They cleaned up everything when they were done working. He was very courteous when he was there working. He showed up on time to do the work for me.

I liked the fact that they were not condescending in any way. I had at first tried to fix it myself and when they came I expected some grief. They were very respectful and informed me about where I had gone wrong, complimenting me on not damaging anything. It was definitely a surprise and I was very pleased.
