They were in and out very quickly, resolved the issue in the time ( less than an hour) specified.. Plumber arrived on time, and performed work for the quoted cost.

When I called to schedule the appointment, the lady I spoke with worked hard to find a good time to schedule an appointment for me. The plumber showed up on time and worked quickly to repair my leaky faucet. He was super nice and happily answered all my questions, giving me the best advice for my situation. From the initial call to schedule an appointment to the quick repair - I would definitely recommend Coyote Plumbing.

He was very professional. He fixed the problem. I had a coupon from Angie's list and had more time on it, so he worked on the kitchen sink.

My toilet was filling up real slow and the other toilet was leaking and it took a part out and it was plugged and he showed me how to unplug it.

They were on time. They did what they were supposed to and it worked. They did a great job. I will call them again for other plumbing things that I have in my house.

Terry called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on time and looked professional. He offered to patch the leak but after working on it for a few minutes he gave me the option of replacing the line versus patching. The completed job will last me for years of worry free use.

He called and asked if he could come a little early which was fine, rather than just showing up early. Very professional and kept us up on everything he was doing. Very pleasant. Would definitely use them again.

They came out to repair a top of the sump pump pipe out by our pool. They showed up on time and did a good job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Coyote Plumbing is excellent. They kept their word and provided superior service. They were punctual and performed all repairs in a timely manner. The same technician, named Terry, did the work at both homes. He obviously has been doing plumbing a long time and was very professional and answered any plumbing question I threw at him. Coyote is a very conscientious and dedicated business. I wish all businesses were even half as good.

I really did not feel that the technician checked carefully. I had felt there were some problems happening but he said they were not problems. He checked the pressure on my plumbing and raised it for me as I felt there was not enough water pressure. The technician told me they usually do not go to my area in Phoenix because it is too far for them. When the special for the whole house inspection was run on Angie's List they did not specify the area and so they were honoring it but I got the feeling that he wanted to get out and on the road as quickly as he could and did not catch the problems I had with my bathtub and kitchen faucets.

The main shut off valve outside of my tenant's house could not be shut off completely. So called home warranty company and told them exactly what happened. The home warranty company sent the COYOTE guy came over in a few days to look at it and said it was not covered by policy , but still charged me $45 for doing nothing. Hi Mister, Did I told you what happened exactly before your trip? I don't know whom to blame, the home warranty company or COYOTE plumbing, or myself, who was stupid enough to pay $45 via phone in advance and now it is extremely hard to get it back. The story is not over yet. I was too anxious to fix the (minor actually) problem and too lazy to find another company, of course too stupid to call them in a few days to fix it and pay it from my own pocket. They did come and spent three hours to fix it. The guy is pretty nice and worked hard. It was +110F outside. I should give him credit for the attitude, but not the skills, coz the pipe was leaking again like a fountain the next day! COYOTE plumbing had to sent the guy over to fix it. I paid $190 this time. In general, not very pleasant experience.

Brilliant. Their offices called to give me a window when they would arrive, Ryan arrived right on time, super nice and professional. work performed in 40 minutes and to a super standard which was well explained to me once completed. I don't know if the price was too high, I was happy to pay because the problem was fixed with minimal fuss and a discount coupon of $15 awarded me for saying I heard of them on Angies list... and I didn't even ask for the discount. Nice!

I found Coyote Plumbing on Angie's List. He was pretty good. I would grade an A Plus for punctuality, because he was here early!

They showed up promptly. They showed up before and I have been happy with the work they have done. I think their price was fair and I will use them again in the future.

They are way over priced. They broke a part on my sink and didn't offer to replace it. They didn't even install the faucet correctly. It still wobbles.

The plumber who showed up wasn't told by the office/scheduler we needed the main line cleaned out, he thought it was just a small stoppage. I clearly told them what I needed, as we have to have that done periodically due to a flaw in the way the line was installed. He'd had surgery recently so was unable to lift the machine required to do the work and couldn't get help when he called the office so left without performing the work. He was nice and apologetic, but I was very frustrated that I told them what was needed, waited a couple hours for him to arrive (he did arrive in the 3 hour window they gave me), and they sent someone who couldn't do the work.

My experience with them was nice as they did the work. They had a weird system where they charged me for every half hour. There was a part missing. I had to go out and get it which took about fifteen minutes which bumped me up to the next half an hour level. They gave me a bill and it was over $200. They did not have anything itemized on the bill. I asked them as to how it was over $200. They told me that the part cost $40 and the installation fee was $44. Since they had charged me by the hour, I asked them as to how they could charge me an installation fee on top of that. I was thankful that I had all the other parts like the garbage disposal and the new faucet. If I had not provided those parts, they would not only have charged me an hourly rate but also an installation fee on top of that. So, it was an extra $44 to install the part and $40 for the part whereas it would have probably cost me half of that if I had bought the part myself. They asked me about what I would consider to be fair. I told them that I would consider it fair if they did not charge me the installation fee because they had charged me an hourly fee. They asked me if I would be happy if they did that and I said that it would be a fair play. They then took that off the bill. It was already $88 hourly rate for an hour and a half. They said that it would have cost me $400 or $500 if anybody else had done it and I wondered if they would take three hours to put a faucet and a garbage disposal. The sink was leaking water from the sprayer after they put the faucet. I told them that it was leaking and they said that the reason because it was leaking was because my pressure was too high. They told me that I had to turn off the faucet but every time I turned on the faucet it leaked water from the sprayer. They said that I needed a valve and it was $400 or $500 to replace the valve. They said that it was required since my pressure was too high. I have had plumbers before and nobody ever told me that the pressure was too high. I was not sure about that because I have had a sprayer before and it never leaked water. They then said that it was due to the design of the sprayer. They had to put a brand new tube down there because it was not coupling to the faucet and the sprayer. I did not even know if it was needed. I had a Pricester faucet before and I could not imagine if the coupling tube would be different. I was not sure if it meant that it did not come with the coupling tube and that we had to go buy a new tube. It would have been $84 if I had not said anything. I would now need a new job to be done that would cost $400 to $500 to make sure that the pressure was not too high because it could do some damage if it was too high. They told me that I had to buy a new coupler or a cap to close off the back of the sprayer. If I had to close the back of the sprayer then I would be taking off the connector tube that they put on. I was not thrilled with them. I used them because of the book that offered $15 discount but they charged me an extra $44. It came up to $200 but then they took some off. I was possibly being over charged and I was not thrilled about that. I am sixty one years old and I have had plumbers before who have replaced parts but I have never heard anybody say that they would charge me installation fees on top of the hourly rate. The only time that I have heard about the installation fees were from the mechanics. The mechanics would charge a flat fee regardless of how much work they would do but not anything on top of it. Usually, if they charged you with an installation feel then it would be more than you could possibly dream of paying for an hourly rate because it would be the most time it could possibly take. However, this was a tube installation which took them about five minutes and they charged me $40. I would call that an estimate that went totally wrong. I was not sure about the quality of their work because I had a leak after they were done and I was told that it was normal because of the design of the faucet. It did not make any sense to me but I was not sure. Their responsiveness was very good. They came out within a day and they were quick. They said that they would be there before eight or nine and they were right on time if not before. They were very professional. I would absolutely not use them again in the future.

We chose Coyote because of all the good reviews on Angie's List. Called on a Monday morning and they were able to schedule us right away. The scheduler said I could buy a new toilet through Coyote Plumbing, or buy my own, so we went to a home improvement store and bought one. The plumber from Coyote (Robert) was punctual and installation went smoothly - until he opened the box for the new toilet and discovered it had already been broken. So I ran out and bought another toilet while he went to his next job. He came back and finished the installation quickly. We will definitely use Coyote Plumbing again.

All work proceeded well, with no hitches.
