Very Professional. My Mom indicated they were so nice and could not be more pleased with the work the provided. The service they provided was outstanding. They quickly responded to our needs. The other best part is no issues with the Sink ever since they worked on it. THANKS! I will use them for all of our plumbing needs!!!

I bought the one hour plumbing deal because the task was just a simple check and correction of the water connections for a new tankless water heater I had installed. The appointment time was set up quickly, and their plumber showed up when he was expected. He got right to work, corrected a couple of minor leaks, and verified that everything was good. He was in and out in less than the hour, which was great. I have known of other companies that will slow down to a turtle's pace to try and go over the time already purchased in the deal. There was none of that here. There were no hidden costs or anything. When he finished, he simply had me sign for the finished job, and that was that. I'll definitely be calling this company again when I am ready to finish my bathroom remodel.

Bought an initial Angie's Deal for 1hr of service - scheduled only to find our leak was not the pipes/plumbing but the ancient water softener... They offered half credit for the trip which I thought was very generous since there was a significant trip from Gilbert. We then were able to purchas a separate Angie's Deal for 2 hours of plumbing. Purchased a replacement water softener (at Costco) and they were great about scheduling asap since we had an active leak. The technician that came out was hard working - knew what he was doing and how to innovate to solve several minor problems that came up and this was on an extremely steamy, hot day. VERY pleased with the service and with the Angie's Deals - it was a great deal. Not only can you trust the quality of the work - but Cayote Plumbing will be our first call if we have any problems in the future.

There are no detail, the guy came and did what needed to be done and about 20 min later he was done and leaving and the tub didn't drip any more

Office wasn't too responsive, but eventually we were able to schedule an appointment. The repairman was running late, but he contacted me to let me know as did the office. He worked quickly.

They did a great job. I would recommend them to others. We have been using them for several years now. When you call they will come as soon as they can.

The technician came to the door and I explained the conditions I had. He checked them out, went to his truck and came back with the tools he needed. The hose bibb had a broken spigot (the 2-prong top for turning the water off and on). He took that off and put another one on. The master bathroom had a leak from the faucet in the tub. He took the pull-off knob off by removing the inside piece to get to the screw undeneath. He removed the knob by unscrewing the screw and pulled out the cartridge and inserted and adjusted a new one. Put it back together and stopped the leak. The kitchen had a broken "screw" around the pipe fitting that had fallen apart from wear. He removed the pipe and cleaned it by removing the broken treads of the pipe fitting from the pipe. He then put it back together with a new pipe fitting which stopped the leak.

First of all, I wasn't totally sure how things were going to go as the indivdual who answers the phone in the office is a little gruff. But when the service technician, Terry, arrived he was just the opposite. He was so nice and courteous and professional! I immediately trusted him and the outstanding service he provided verified my original impressions of him! In addition, I thought the price was extremely reasonable! I will definitely use Coyote Plumbing again in the future.

This was my first experience with Angie's list and I was not sure how to proceed. I purchased a special deal for $109.00 for two hrs. of labour. I spoke with Debbie and she answered all my questions..at first I was only going to have a new facet installed. Debbie explained that the facet installation would not take the full two hours I had purchased and suggested I add something else to my list. I decided to have a new sink installed as well. Terri arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He completed the installation of the sink and facet within the two hour period. He cleaned up afterwards and was off to his next job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Employee showed up on time the first day, and correctly identified what was causing our water leak. He came back the next day after ordering parts and replaced the leaking drain box. The price for the repairs was incredibly reasonable. There was a break down in communication between the office staff and the plumber who came to our house on the time he was to be arriving, however it was resolved with no problems.

When I called iwas told that the service call and 1 hour of labor would be $60. I was charged $88 (They were there less than an hour). They replaced an O ring in the cold water fitting and relocated the drain line. I discussed another problem with the RO system and they said they did not work on RO systems. That evening I noticed the the fitting they worked on was leaking again and that the area under my sink was flooded. I called about 10 the next morning and they said they would have the person that worked on it call me back. They called 4 hours later and said that they did not work on RO systems and they didn't carry those fittings. The fitting in question is the same sort the you would run a 1/4 inch line to a refrigerator with, now after working on it to begin with, they said that they couldn't replace it since it was an RO part. I could have fixed these issues myself, but I called a plumber since I was on vacation and didn't want to use up my time. Now I have paid for the fix and still have to go buy the part and do the work myself. Very dissatisfied.

I didn't actually go with it myself, my husband did but I know that he was very pleased with it. They were on time, fulfilled exactly what they said they would and they were very responsive. He said that he was going to keep their name if we needed any additional work done either at the rental property or at our home and that he would use them again.

I have used Coyote Plumbing now for two rentals. They arrived on time and took care of the issue quickly. Thanks!

I had Terry and he was fabulous in trying to get the job done as quickly as possible. I actually have already called them on another job. They are honest and very helpful. I found Debbie extremely helpful and friendly as well.

Coyote Plumbing was very good. He told us that we didn't need any other set of valves, that they were all working just fine, and the plumber had told us that we needed new set of valves into the sink, so that saved us considerable money compared to the plumber had said that there was needs to be replaced, and he said they were all working just fine. He re-attached and re-adjusted one of the drain plungers in one of the sink. So that extra cents was from the hardware that he used. I was very pleased.

He was here all day. It was good. I had purchased a pedestal sink and he gave me some advice on doing a vanity and it would look and work better. He was very up front. I had bought a new garbage disposal and let me know the one that was there is a better one and I could still use it and return the other one. He gave me good advice. He accomplished a lot while he was here.

Terri was kind and courteous. I thought I needed a new disposal... but he fixed it in 3 minutes and said that it was fine. got to love honesty! Then he replaced the toilet and answered a bunch of questions for me.... he did not charge me for the time that it took me to go to home depot to get the new toilet. he took a break.... and only charged me for the actual time he worked... I highly.. recommend this company .... COYOTE PLUMBING is the best I highly recommend them!

It was a very positive experience from the first call to the end of the job. My husband spoke with Debby in the office a couple of times to ask questions and schedule the appointment. She was always pleasant and helpful. We were able to get an appointment quickly and the Plumber (Terry) arrived right on time. He was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. He made some suggestions along the way (like replacing the drain baskets rather than reusing the old ones) and was very low pressure. We never felt like we were being up-charged. We had purchased 2 hours in advance on Angie's List and he worked 3 hours total. The extra hour and materials were reasonably priced. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and we would specifically request Terry.

Coyote was very punctual. The plumber called me on the way to my house. He not only unclogged my toilet but also fixed a chronically slow draining bathtub.

Coyote Plumbing did an excellent job. I had a coupon from them and the price was reasonable. They were quick, fixed my problem right away and were really friendly. They came out the next day after I called them. Their customer service is excellent.

I had a leak around the toilet and they said that I needed a new O ring around the toilet. They replaced it but they did not set the toilet right and it would move/shift whenever you sat on it. I called them back and I had to pay for another service call for them to come and reset the toilet. Within a couple of weeks I had to call another plumber to come reset it it again.

Coyote Plumbing was very professional and accommodating to our scheduling needs. The technician was on time, completed the job in a timely manner and left the area clean. We really appreciate the friendliness of the entire company. I would use Coyote Plumbing in the future.

I saw the a Big Deal on Angie's list for Coyote Plumbing. I had a water leak from my main feed into my house. I bought the Big Deal and called to schedule. Coyote Plumbing was very accomodating. I liked they fact that they had 3 maintenance windows for the plummer to show up. Most companies I have dealt with in the past have the basic Morning or Afternoon choices . Terry came out to perform the work. He met with my wife. My wife told me after the fact that he was very approachable and perfessional. She showed him the problem and got right to work. After replacing the main water valve, he saved the old one. He showed my wife the main cause of the problem so she can describe it to me. Overall they responded quickly and were very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone!

It was an OK experience, many of the plumbers in this area are very overpriced which comes with the profession, luckily I was able to find someone else to do the work at a fraction of the price.
