We first bought service off of a big deal, and they didn't call me for over a week. I did suspect they had been overloaded with their good offer, but it took too long so I went without a disposal a long time. Once he got here, the work was fine, but would require a return trip and getting a part. He had some issues come up so he was a few hours later than expected, but I guess no harm no foul. After all was said and done, I felt that overall the work was good and the value was there, so I am trying not to be negative, but the communications should have been better.

The first attempt failed at finding the correct line to install, so he went out by the meter and saw where the line went, dug a nice hole found the line and got the valve installed with no problems. He was very friendly, and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Corey was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He didn't carry the parts for what I needed for two of the three fixtures, so he fixed what he could, and returned in two days with the parts to finish the job. I am busy, so I need my contractors to show up on time. He did, twice. Price was perfectly fair. Debbie, the woman who answers the phone and schedules the appointments, is also very responsive.

Corey was on time, very professional, pleasant and friendly. He went right to work and completed the job in less than an hour. We thought we might have to replace our kitchen faucet but he was able to tighten it up perfectly. Now it's like new! He fixed all of our annoying bathroom dripping faucets. Basically, I had same day service. When I called to book my Big Deal with Coyote Plumbing I was told the plumber was in my vicinity and would I like him to stop by that afternoon! WOW! I had two faucets replaced in my guest bath. The plumber was efficient and pleasant. The job was completed well within the allotted 2 hours of the Big Deal. Definitely use them again.

Called Coyote Plumbing at 10:21 Monday morning asking to have someone come out to estimate my water main leak. Woman answering the phone was very pleasant and professional and advised that though they had someone in the area that he was on a job that day but confidently suggested that he could go out there before the end of the day. I asked about the discount being offered on Angie's list and she offered to come reasonably close to it (first time using Angie's list, I think I was supposed to book the service through the website - since I was without water I was in a bit of a hurry though and I appreciated her concession). When I hadn't heard back, I called at 5:08 and was told that their service person was unable to make it out ther but they would get to it on Tuesday. Not having heard back by by 12:51 on Tuesday, I called again. I was told that someone had gone out there and determined that they would have to move a lot of river rock and landscaping to dig it up and that it would take more than the one hour they had allotted to do the job. I was told that for something well over $100 they would send someone back out to look at it. When I got to the house around 7:00 pm I could tell that someone had been there. A few river rocks had been moved and a hole about four inches deep and maybe a couple feet around had been dug up. The dirt was thrown on top of my landscaping rock and just left there. Within thirty minutes, working in the dark under a light, I located the leak and removed enough dirt to preform the repair myself. Within another hour, including a trip to the hardware store and time to verify the required method of repair, I had installed a temporary coupling myself to get water running to the house again. Once I can get to it in the daylight, the repair will cost me just a few dollars. I am certain that a competent professional could have completed the job in about an hour and made a healthy profit.

Terry arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He completed everything within the hour we bought, and the parts charge was very fair. We've had some very poor experiences with plumbers in the past--Coyote Plumbing and Terry made us forget about all of them. We will use this company in the future and highly recommend it.

date to replace the master house shut off valve, he didn't have a 1.25 inch replacement valve in his truck. he had partss on the truck but only up to 1 inch for the master house inlet valve.

Debbie (who answered the phone) was very pleasant to deal with. When I called after purchasing my Big Deal for two hours of work, I told her what I needed. I had just experienced a major flood in my house due to a water filtration unit in my garage having split open, and while I had already had that replaced, I was concerned that my pressure regulator valve was not working properly and that water pressure was exceeding specifications. However, I was also waiting for a laundry tub to be delivered to my home, and that was going to take a week. Debbie was worried that if I waited for the tub to arrive, I would be at risk with a faulty PRV. She offered to split my two hours so that we could take care of the PRV right away and then they could come back to install the laundry tub when it arrived. I was grateful as this is something that was not offered with the Big Deal. We scheduled my appointment for 9 a.m. At 8:45 a.m. the day of my appointment, I received a call from Terry to let me know he would arrive at 9. Terry did arrive at 9 and helped my painter remove the old laundry tub, as the angle valve that was there was stuck and could not be turned all the way. Then Terry got right to work on replacing the PRV. I found him to be prompt, kind, and willing to answer all of my questions. He quickly replaced the PRV and then I asked him to replace the angle valves to the laundry tub. He finished everything in an hour and said he would come back to install the laundry tub when I was ready. I called Debbie again when I was ready to install the laundry tub. This time she gave me a window in which Terry would arrive - between 9-12. Once again Terry was very pleasant and he arrived in the middle of the window that they had provided. After he was done with the laundry tub I asked him to take a look at a bathtub drain that I wanted to remove and replace and that had corroded and broken in parts. We discussed the potential for this turning into a significantly bigger job than it seemed, and once again, he answered all of my questions. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know about the risk taking out a wall for doing what was, for now, a cosmetic fix. I put the drain replacement on hold until I'm ready to do more work in the bathroom, so that we are not repeating work now and then again in the future. I am very pleased with the honesty, professionalism, price and consideration of Terry and Debbie at Coyote Plumbing. I'll be calling them again this coming week to arrange for the replacement of my Mom's hot water heater, as that is another project on the list. After 16 years in AZ, I have finally found a plumber that I am comfortable using for all of my future projects!

It was an easy fix for the technician and he was very thorough. At no extra cost he did a quick inspection of our indoor plumbing and advised us about any problems. The technician even educated me on some common plumbing problems. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely use them in the future.

I was very impressed with the service I received. The tech was very professional. He even offered to help me figure out what I should do to take care of a slow drain in the master bathroom. Over and above what was needed which (to me) speaks to their professionalism. Thx!!!

Initially, the service was a little awkward. When purchasing their services I wrote in the comments to please call before responding since I had an appointment I couldn't reschedule. I was on my way home when I received a call stating they were at my home and had actually left. I told the caller I was a few minutes away, so the plumber returned. He cleaned out the pipe within a few minutes and was gone. Other than the fact that someone did not pay attention to the comments noted, the encounter went well.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List. Nothing comes to my mind so I'm assuming they did okay and I didn't have any issues. My wife didn't complain so that means it's a good sign. It hasn't leaked since they repaired it so that's good. They did what they said they were going to do.

I needed a water heater replaced so I called Coyote Plumbing and left a voice mail on their answering machine. They didn't return my call until late the next day - after I found another company to do the work. This was the first time using Angie's List - thank goodness I found a great plumber with my second call to an Angie's List business!

I purchased the deal for Coyote plumbing for 2 ours for $109.00 on Monday and they set my appointment for the next day. Tony arrived at about 1:40pm during a 2 hour window of 1-3. I considered this right on time. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We reviewed my list of items and he advised that he would take a look and let me know if anything was not repairable, as I did not want to replace fixtures, just repair what was there. He was done in exactly 2 hours - we were both pleasantly surprised that he managed to get through all of that in just two hours! the cost of the parts came to $53. Two hours worth of work and $162 for all of it, what a great deal. I am thrilled, everything works wonderfully and he left all the areas where he was working spic and span. Fast. friendly, professional and very affordable. No one tried to sell me anything and I am extremely satisfied. I Highly recommend Coyote Plumbing.

Called Mon, scheduled for Wed 8am-10am. Arrived closer to 8am then 10am, fixed our irrigation leak, correctly, and was out of hair. Great job.

I bought the Angies List one hour special. Fortunately I put both of my contact numbers in the comments field. I received an email the next day. Five minutes after I hit the send key, was contacted by phone. It turns out there is no field to enter your phone number when you purchase a deal so the contractor can only communicate via email. I appreciated the call and scheduled the service call. The plumber, Terry called when he was about ten minutes away and showed up on time. He was friendly and personable. I showed him the valves, one of which was dripping. We discussed the best valves to use but he had only one on the truck and had to go get two more from Home Depot. The time he took to run the errand did not count against the service time. If it takes him thirty minutes to pick up parts, you still get the full hour of service. Not all plumbing companies do that. Before installing the valves, Terry explained the technical details about how they work, patiently answering my questions about my fifty year old plumbing. I know valves are not challenging to replace but I am impressed with how Terry worked and how clean he left the bathroom. My cost was $59 for the service and $36 for the three valves. I had researched valves Home Depot and know the price for the one he bought is $12. I expected a mark up but nope, Terry charged me the Home Depot price. You will not get ripped off by Coyote Plumbing. I will call Coyote plumbing when I am ready to have my new sink installed. I have plans to remodel the other bath, kitchen and the plumbing in my laundry room. I plan to have a soft water system installed as well. Coyote Plumbing will be who I call for all my plumbing needs!

Everything went great and they did exactly what I was looking for and had a great price. It probably took them less than an hour, but the price was great so I dont mind.
