Coyote Plumbing

Faucet was not secured to the sink and was difficult to move it's parts. The gentleman did tighten the faucet but felt it was not prudent to disassemble it as it was at risk of breaking. It's working fine for the time being but will no doubt need to be replaced sometime relatively soon and I'll definitely call this provider to do the job.

This was the second time I've used them and they did a great job. I'd use them again.

Replaced main water shut-off valve, refrigerator water valves, and installed tub/shower valves.

Corey did a very good job. He was fast but did not cut any corners. The materials he used were better than code required. He couldn't make his scheduled time but he called ahead and asked if he could come an hour later because his first job was going to take longer than planned. Since he couldn't make the originally scheduled time I did not give him an excellent rating for punctuality but he was onetime for the rescheduled time. I gave them a fair rating on price because it was the same as other bids.

The plumber was there right on time, I was scheduled between 11-2pm. I often wait hours for a service providers to show up so I thought I had time to run out for a cup of coffee, however, I got a call at 11:00 on the dot and had to return home. He was professional, polite and got right to work, a couple small issues came up but he didn't make any assumptions and discussed them with me before moving forward. He was done in a couple hours, I got a little education in plumbing and he was gone. I have used Coyote before and I was so pleased with their services I have no need to call another, I consider them MY plumbers. Would recommend them to anyone. My husband could have done the job himself but didn't have the time, and he was pleased with the cost, if he's happy I'm happy...cause I know little about plumbing/

We purchased a new gas range and the range would not go against the wall because the gas line was sticking out too far. A shorter pipe and new joint were attached and we gained enough room to push the stove to within 1 1/2:" from the wall. Corey went out of his way to fix the problem. We were very happy with the work and would call them again in the future if needed. Debbie said she would charge us $60 for an hours work and if Corey could not fix the problem, there would be no charge. The final cost was $91 because Corey had to run out and purchase materials, adding to the overall cost. No complaints on our end. Thanks.

Your first contact with Coyote Plumbing is Debbie the scheduler. She is awesome. Not sure how it happened but we started chatting about one thing or another on both my scheduling appointments. The front office is super responsive, and they will contact you if the driver is running just a minute or two behind schedule. Another excuse to chat up Debbie. This return visit had John installing a fixture in our master tub. Required some additional work to gain access -- completed the job as scheduled and then checked all the other home fixtures before he left. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend and will use their services again.

It went perfectly! The plumber they sent (can't find his card) was extremely courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions. I'll hire them again in a heartbeat the next time I need plumbing service.

They came out to see if we had a leak as a provider from our warranty company. They never returned my calls-I had to keep calling them. They didn't show up when promised.

The work went really well. The technician showed up right on time. He was able to repair our toilet. He was very friendly. He was very careful about cleanliness. I was very happy with him. The service tech was named Terry, and he was excellent.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were excellent. It was all positive. There was an extra $15 on top of the $59 Big Deal price but he replaced 2 parts for me too.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they were fine. I didn't pay anything more than the deal. They were distinctly average, they were competent, but there was nothing special. I thought the big deal was a good deal when I bought it. They showed up when they said they would. I wasn't dissatisfied with anything.

Time spent: 3 1/2 hours Installed bathroom faucets, in both bathrooms. Installed tub/shower fixtures in both bathrooms. Installed a new valve behind commode and one under the bathroom sink. Also installed new commode seat top.

Showed up on time, very professional. Replaced a 10 year old hot water tank that I was afraid would fail and cause a real problem. I was very pleased with the service and will absolutely use them again.

I purchased the 1 hour of labor deal. I had him check 4 water shut off valves. Only two needed to be replaced. I provided the parts. He installed them in less than 30 min. He arrived on time and was very friendly.

On time, fast, price OK for 15 minutes of work.
