Coyote Plumbing

This was my first time hiring them, but I found them through Angie’s List. I tipped the gentleman who came out and said I would request him in the future.

Terry did a great job as usual. Efficient, friendly and very professional work

Showed up on-time, very friendly, and was able to answer many of the questions we had on our new house as well as fixing the master sink (which was the job we originally called for). Did not mind walking around and looking at other items.

They were excellent. The plumber was very nice and did a good job.

Arrived when scheduled. Determined what needed to be done. Gave us a quote. Did the work quickly. Final cost near quote. We will use them in future and recommend them.

Saw a small amount of water under our existing 9-year old hot water heater over the weekend. Called several top-rated plumbers from Angie's List.....not only were they super nice and easy to deal with, they were at least $100 cheaper than anyone else. The install was completed earlier than scheduled as space opened up on their calendar. Work was clean, efficient and well done. I will continue to use them in the future for all my plumbing needs. It is so refreshing to find an honest, fair, and competent contractor here in Phoenix! A++++

I orginally bought the service to repair tub shower spout and leak in the master bathroom. The spout had begun to leak and needed to be replaced. Once, I had called for an appointment, I decided that I would add on a new kitchen faucet. So, my was changed a day just to get all the work done on the same visit. I had noticed the leak was getting worse, so called Coyote Plumbing to see if they could send someone out. Terry come out on his way home to stop the leak. He promptly returned the scheduled time to complete the work.

We had purchased a coupon for two hours of labor for $118. We needed several things done in the bathroom to get it ready for the holidays - a terribly slow bathtub/shower drain, a beat up spout, and a shower faucet handle in need of replacement. Our service person, Terry, called ahead of the appointment, asked a couple of questions about what we wanted and then proceeded to offer us options and describe what could and could not be done. He arrived promptly, took the time to move things in the bathroom so nothing would get messed up, did everything that was requested and did a nice job cleaning up after himself. He was professional, courteous, (it had rained and he even took his shoes off before coming in the house!), and diligent. We have used multiple plumbers over that last 5 years for various projects. I think we'll stick with Coyote!

The plumber spent an hour looking for source of leak in the house. He was unable to locate it and recommended another company. He was courteous the whole time he was here.

This was out of her service area, it would take upwords to a month before she could do the work.

Fourth time I have hired this company in past few months. I own rental property, plus they have worked at my own home, too. This most recent visit was to a rental. Excellent service by Debbie and Cory. They have demonstrated responsiveness and flexibility with my schedule on 4 out of 4 visits.

I had the Big Deal refunded becasue they didn’t service my area. They are in Gilbert and they needed to schedule specific days and times. It would have been too inconvenient to have services with this company.

Our hot water tank died on a Saturday evening and since Coyote installed it, we called them right then. The answering service took the information telling us we would receive a callback to schedule. By the time they finally called back early Sunday afternoon, we had located another plumber on Angie's list, call them, they arrived, fixed the problem, and had been gone for hours.

It was fine. I left them a message for a call back with scheduling. They called me at 7:30 that evening and I was really impressed and pleased with that. I didn’t have any problems or issues with them. I would definitely consider using them again. The plumber was very pleasant and professional.

My service was less expensive than he originally quoted me. When doing the work, he found he didn't have to do an extra step that was more difficult, so he didn't have to charge me. There was corrosion under the sink, he had to replace the piping from the damage. And he also replaced the faucet. I was very pleased with the service.

have already recommended them to neighbors. Oh... I liked that Terry shut off the water at the house and also at the curb connection and liked how he tested his work. All-in-all, experience could not be better.

My kitchen sink was leaking water whenever I would use it because the garbage disposer had a huge crack. I called Coyote plumbing at 8:30pm and they answered and got me on the schedule for the following day. Terry arrived on time and quickly replaced my garbage disposer in less than an hour. This is the second time I have used Coyote plumbing and I am extremely happy with the service I received both times. Would highly recommend this company.

I called Coyote on the special but will use them for all of Plumbing needs going forward. Terry was great, really new his stuff. Had my issue resolved in less than 15 minutes! Then he went to another house for me a resolved my issues there as well. Super guy, thank you Terry and thank you Debbie for setting it all up for me so quickly. You are a great company thanks for a great job and excellent service!

Everything turned out well. They arrived on time for the appointment, the plumber did quality work, and no messes were left upon the job's completion.
