The plumber let me know what he was doing and the cost of parts every step of the way. He was courteous, professional and skilled. | |This company came when my home warranty company gave me a date five days from my call. Coyote was very responsive and there was no mark-up on parts. I have a 30-year-old house that needs constant maintenance. I will use them again.

They came out on time and did the inspection. After the inspection they did some plumbing related odd jobs for an hour. They professional and knowledgeable .

Terry Ogren, plumber, arrived at the appointed time and set to work on my project immediately. He was very professional, pleasant to converse with and efficient. While he was here I asked about potential problems with a valve. He could have easily sold me on an expensive replacement that was not needed. Unnecessary up-selling is an immediate turn off for any contractor with me and he passed the test. I will definitely use Coyote Plumbing again as the need arises.

Terry was very efficient. He observed the leak damage coming through the first floor, measured the position and used that information to get a best guess for where to explore in the wall upstairs. Making a small hole and passing a fiber opitic scope, he was able to determine that the leak was surprisingly high up and near a stud. The leak's position was such that it required making two holes, one in drywall and one in cabinet back plus drywall. He cut the holes high up and small, so they will be relatively easy to repair.

The service man was friendly and explained all options to us. Did not try to do work that did not need to be completed. Would use again.

The plumber was knowledgeable and worked quickly. In addition to completing the repair, he informed me that the other plumbing fixtures were made by Moen and had a lifetime guarantee. He even went so far as to provide the Moen part numbers and their customer service hotline. With his help, my leak was fixed and I received free replacement parts for my other fixtures. This was by far the best plumber experience I’ve had in 30 years as a homeowner.

They were very prompt and pleasant. They offered a coupon. They showed up when they were supposed to.

The plumbers name was Terry and he did a fantastic job! I bought an Angies list deal for $59 for an hours work and they came out and parts cost me an additional $38 dollars. So right around a hundred bucks. Another plumber quoted me $300-$400. That is crazy I thought. Glad I bought this deal and found Coyote. It took him just over an hour but he didn't charge me any additional money for the overage. I was really happy with the work and the quality of parts they used.

Terry arrived on time, completed the project in the anticipated time frame as estimated to me on the initial phone call to schedule the job. Terry was very professional and provided me very valuable information regarding my kitchen faucet.

Called multiple times and all I got was a promise that somebody was going to call back & schedule an appointment for the service. Waited for whole day and there was no response from this company even after repeated calls. It's been 2+ weeks and there has been no follow-up. Ended up calling a different plumber to get my water heater fixed the next day. So was left with no hot water for 1 whole day. I am not sure if there is any way to get a refund from Angies list..

Called multiple times for water heater issues. This company didn't even bother to return my calls.. All I got was a promise to page the oncall & somebody was going to get back to me ASAP. It's been two days and no calls yet inspite of repeated calls. Avoid them.

Terry Ogren came to do the work, this was the second time he had done work for us. He was on time, called to let us know he was on the way. He was friendly and professional. Inspected our problem, told us we would need a new faucet, and had one in the truck. Spent some time making sure he had one the exact style to match our fixtures. The faucet cost about $20.00. He did the work including some caulking in the amount of time we had paid for. He cleaned up after himself and left us very satisfied with the work.

The technician was prompt, installed the disposal and left. He was professional but I shaved a few points off (making it "very" good rather than excellent) because he took a lengthy phone call in the middle of my install and it was obvious that I was a "squeezed in" appointment. However, he did switch some mixed up water lines for me under the sink which was nice. I bought, I paid, they came, they installed-very straight forward- I got what I paid for. Disposal works great.

I never thought I would find a plumber this good! Terry came right away and installed a new garbage disposal. He did a wonderful job and I will use them in the future.
