First I was able to schedule the appointment despite a computer problem. On the day of the appointment I needed to adjust the time due to a work issue. I called and the time was adjusted without a delay. The plumber arrived within the time we had established. He listened to every thing I had to say and then sat out to resolve the issue. He put down a pan to protect my floors and got to work. He worked non-stop and within the hour I had paid for, he resolved my drain problem. He was pleasant to do business with, efficient, and very professional. He as able to resolve a problem we had struggled with for two weeks. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done.

Coyote Plumbing responded to my call quickly, arrived at my house within 48 hours and provided quality work. Sinks were unclogged and toilet flappers replaced, which stopped the toilets from running non-stop. Price was very reasonable when compared to other quotes given from competitors. I would use them again.

It was great service and I give him thumbs up. It was for one hour of labor and it went over little bit than an hour but he charged for an hour and it was well worth it. I wasn’t there to meet them and it was for my rental house and I was out of town. People on the phone were very nice and the work was done appropriately.

I had two or three small projects. He fixed a leaky faucet in our main tub, cleared the drain in the master bath sink, and replaced the hose bib outside. Terry was the technician who came out for the work. He was able to get all three of the projects in in about 30 minutes. They were no additional costs for labor, but there were some small costs for parts needed. He was even ahead of scheduling, called, and was able to come early. He created no mess during the work and left no mess behind. He was amazing and it was a great experience!

The person who came made an assessment of "NOT POSSIBLE" without even looking at what was currently in place, where I wanted it installed, etc. He was rude and not professional. I had to ask several questions to prompt him to review. He finally gave me an estimate but I could not trust what he was saying since he was just in a hurry to leave. He could have told me it was free and I would have used him.

Excellent, but I had purchased a large Waste King disposal where flange was too short for a connection on my cast iron sink. Decided to not have a garbage disposal at all, so Terry hooked up new pipes. Cost reflected parts off the truck, on top of the one-hour special. Terry is a really good plumber - hard worker, honest, good at what he does, good communicator... what more could you possibly want? Oh, he's a very nice person, too. He reviewed my outside faucet situation and will be coming back to address those issues. I trust him. He always warrants a POH.

They didn’t fix the issue. I needed to find another plumber to do the job. They didn’t do a good job. The price was okay.

This is the only plumbing we will use. The scheduling is easy, and the work is always high quality. Never an overcharge, and the plumbers are master plumbers. Thanks

I called early in the morning to see if Coyote Plumbing could clean my stopped-up kitchen drain that day. Debbie answered the phone - was very kind and she was even sympathetic to the fact that my housekeepers were coming that afternoon and I needed the plumber here before the housekeepers. It all worked out - only one phone call, one charge to my debit card (the original promised $59), one trip into the pantry where the "clean-out" is. Thanks to their prompt, polite, professional service, I was able to accomplish all of my tasks in one day - and the price was exactly right.

I called the Friday before to confirm our appointment. On Monday, they did not arrive. I called 30 minutes after the workman was supposed to arrive. I got their answering service (at 0840) and left a message. I called again at 0900, and left another message with the answering service. I got a call back from Debbie at 0920 who explained the workman had called in sick that morning just after 0800. I was dissatisfied to hear he had been ill the prior week, actually, and they had advance warning he might not be able to work today. Plus, I had to call myself twice and only then got a call back far too late than I should have once he had called in sick. And they had no one to send in his place to do my work. I understand workman become sick, but this seems to happen with an odd frequency with some businesses. Anyway, I had taken the 1/2 day OFF of work for this very purpose, and I'm a busy physician. I was NOT pleased with how this was handled, and decided to fire this company on the phone as they tried to cobble together alternative plans to fix my plumbing issues. This company seemed good up unit this event, so this experience may be an outlier. All I can do it is report my experience.

Coyote Plumbing had a coupon on the Popular Deals page for Plumbing Service Call & 1 Hour of Labor for $59. I called and set the appointment and got a time in a two day turnaround. I was offered two 4 hour windows to choose. I was then told that the technician would call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. The day of the appointment I got a call to alert me that the technician was on his way and would be there within 30 minutes. Terry arrived and I showed him the Tub & Bathroom Sink that I had originally called for and he went to work. It took him less than 10 minutes to finish the Bathtub! He was done with both in less than 20 minutes! I asked him if he could take a look at a second bathroom sink and he cordially agreed to do so. Again, about 10 minute later and he had completed the second sink! I could not have been happier!!! Terry was a professional and cordial technician and even took time to explain how he cleaned out both the bathtub and the sink. He was extremely "In Tune" with Great Customer Service and I would recommend he and Coyote to anyone! Thanks again to Terry & Coyote Plumbing for Great Service at such a Reasonable Price!

the tech, Terry, has been out here before (yes, for other things) and is terrific. Very friendly. He gave some advice as to how to take care of the area under the kitchen sink as well. I feel as if he's OUR personal plumber.

It went all as planned. In fact my insurance adjuster was amazed at such a low price for plumbing work.

Coyote Plumbing called to schedule the appointment promptly and Cory showed up on time. Some people may have an issue with his exposed tattoos, but they didn't bother me at all. Only, he didn't wear shoe protectors when he stepped into the house. To be fair I didn't ask him to, either. He diagnosed the problem and set to work quickly and efficiently and had the issue resolved and tested in about twenty minutes. Only real issue was the outrageous price for parts. Nearly 100% markup over Lowe's or Home Depot prices. Bottomline, great work.. Would hire them again but would be buying my own parts and have them use those.

I had no bad experience with Angie’s List so that’s the plumbing service that I am asking to reply. They are right on time. They stayed here full time when they are supposed to be here. They finished the job. It seems very apt to do whatever I ask them to do. No additional service cost it’s just the big deal. They are fine.

Excellent. Very pleased at punctuality, customer service, quality of work. Did a couple extra jobs while there and great at explaining what he was doing. Highly recommended!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out very good. I paid an extra $20 for the piping parts other than the big deal purchase. They were very quick and friendly. My overall experience with them was all positive.

We took advantage of a special Coyote Plumbing had for $59 for one hours work. Prior to our appointment we anticipated complications and contacted the office about additional labor charges. This is a family owned business. The owner, I believe it was Melissa, was very helpful and offered an additional discount for the second hour. After that it was per 15 minuets, I believe. Don't remember the exact charge but it was reasonable. Our home is 20 years old and we were removing the original sink. The sink cut-out in our counter was not properly done when the house was built, so it was tricky to fit the new sink into the hole and get it sealed around the edges. Hooking up the garbage disposal, the RO unit and the dishwasher was also challenging due to old hoses and wiring....and we required additional parts. We knew, and mentioned this in advance and they came prepared. We also went from a standard stainless steel double sink to a heavier gauged stainless, deep (double) sink. Our Plumber was Cory. I gave a B rating on professionalism, only because Cory's appearance would have been more professional with a hair trim, work pants and a buttoned, longer sleeve shirt covering his tattooed arms and neck. He did not wear shoe protectors. However, Cory's work was professionally done, and thorough. He took his time and made sure everything fit and worked properly during this complicated install. We enjoyed working with Cory. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and kept us informed as the process evolved. It took about 2 1/2 hours to complete the job, which is what we anticipated. Everything works perfectly. We love our new sink and faucets! We would recommend, and use Coyote Plumbing again.

My first experience with Coyote but I'm impressed. They are professional, reliable, courteous, punctual, and clearly honest. They will be my first call when I have a plumbing problem.

This is the 2nd time I've used them. They were very nice, professional as well as prompt and courteous. Terry was very honest. He told me what he was doing every step of the way. He gave me his honest opinion about different jobs I wanted done. I plan to call them again. I highly recommend Coyote Plumbing. I haven't worked with anyone other than Terry but if the others are anywhere as nice & professional as Terry than I have all the confidence. Debbie is very nice as well as great to work with.

The plumber, Terry, was exceptionally professional and honest. They were very prompt in contacting me and setting up an appointment. He was courteous of my home by protecting surfaces and cleaning up afterwards. I have referred them to friends since and they had the same experience. I now have them as a permanent contact in my phone!

I really love Coyote plumbing! They are honest, punctual, clean and always have given me the straight answer to any questions. They have never tried to sell me anything other than what I needed and I really feel I can trust them with any plumbing need. The plumbing specialist who has always done my work is Terry Ogren- he is top-notch in my opinion!
