I called Coyote plumbing at 9am and they had Terry at my house by noon. Terry was professional, knowledgable and explained everything he did. He did a great job cleaning up. I would certainly use them again, and refer them to anyone needing a plumber.

Could not have gone better. Service provider arrived on time and even called when they were 15 minutes out. Took the time to go through the house and look at the various things I had questions on as well as the two items I needed to have fixed. Was able to quickly replace a leaky cartridge in an upstairs shower where the handle had bonded to the handle assembly due to calcium build up. Was also able to sweat a new handle on an outside hose bib that had rotted/rusted. Even took the time to explain why he used a female assembly on the hose bib instead of sweating a new male one one on; this way if the the new knob ever breaks/leaks I can simply buy a new one at HD or Lowe's and screw it on myself. Very professional, would definitely recommend, and will use for all of my future plumbing needs.

The installation went flawlessly and very quickly. Advised me on correct methods to use disposal. Couldn't have gone better. Will definitely call next time I need plumbing services.

Coyote came out on time and their plumber replaced the parts for the two faucet spouts - the parts I had ordered from Moen. Unfortunately, that didn't resolve the problem and he recommended I order two new complete faucets spouts from Moen - which I did. As the job he did did not take two hours (that was the "special" from Angies List,) he checked a gas line to a Lava Rock fire pit and he cleared the line that wasn't lighting. I have ordered the complete faucet spouts from Moen, received them, and, after watching the Coyote plumber remove them when he was here, I was then able to replace the faucet spouts myself. Could not make contact to set up appointment. They just seemed to be very busy.

I selected 3 dates for services and submitted the form to Coyote Plumbing. The next morning I talked to a representative who informed they didn't service the west side. The Representative I spoke to was polite and courteous.

Did all the work in about and hour. I will hire them again.

What a great experience! It just could not have been better: the initial phone call was friendly and efficient, they were able to come on the day I asked for, they actually sent a confirmation email as promised, and the tech (Terry) actually called me to say he was on his way (and yes, exactly within the window of time he was supposed to be here). In fact, the tech (Terry) was just the best; he was friendly, professional, down to earth, very knowledgeable, funny, and very concerned that I was happy with everything as it went along. He even asked me a few times if something or other he was planning to do met with my approval. He even gave me his two cents on our sad downstairs shower, when I asked. Oh and get this: he cleaned up before he left! :-) This was an A-one, classy experience all around. Many kudos to Coyote Plumbing and Terry, in particular! IThe only downside was that I forgot to give him a tip, which would have been well-deserved. Oh, I also used their $59 for an hour coupon. What could be better? Hire them!

he was grumpy and did not want to be here. he took a great amount of time, disconnected the arm for the drain to seal and left it that way, I could not reconnect it because of the way he put new connection on had to hire another plumber

the 1st badger was defective and they replaced that one quickly

Service tech was on time and very professional. Ran into a problem (that was our cause) on his first visit and needed to return another day. No problem, no additional fee, and we would highly recommend them to friends and family.

He was able to complete the job quickly. The one complaint was he did not arrive during the window of time they had given us.

We called Coyote Plumbing to replace a 3 hose bibs. Corie was on-time, professional, very fast, and answered all of my questions. Debbie Good not only helped us to schedule the work, but she followed up with us to make sure the work was complete. And the Angie's List coupon was just a very nice way to meet and try out an awesome plumber we might never have found otherwise. It just doesn't get better than this. I can confidently recommend Coyote Plumbing to anyone needing residential plumbing work in the East Valley.

One of the marks of a great service provider is advising not only on what services are needed, but what services are now. Coyote Plumbing's technician explained in detail why my outdoor spigot was leaking and recommended replacing a few key components. However, my primary concern, the greenish patina on all of the brass that I attributed to deterioration he advised was a normal occurrence not warranting the full replacement I'd feared and was prepared to pay for. Once the work was complete he still had about fifteen minutes of labor time left. So he asked if there was anything else he could take a look at. He replaced a few faucet parts and advised me on proper maintenance. I would definitely use this service again if all of the technicians have such integrity and interpersonal skills.

I met with Teryy from Coyote Plumbing. He was very knowledgable, professional and friendly.

Terri was so personable and professional. He said he had never done one before -but he did a clean and quick job of it...and had time left over! So he very graciously "took a look" at my cracked toilet. He gave me a recommendation and suggested getting another Deal to address it (and I did). Terri even called after leaving to remind me to turn on the switch for my new water filter! I will definitely be using them again.

I was not pleased with them. Everything was fine. The guy found a couple of other things that he suggested needed to be done. It took him 15 minutes over the hour and then he charged me a couple of hundred dollars. I called the company and they avoided the question. I was not pleased with the job being something small and costing so much. I would not use them again.

Terry called ahead to say he was on his way. We prioritized the list of what I wanted done because I had a 1 hour of plumbing big deal. He replaced an outside leaky faucet and my washer hoses. Both were stuck and couldn't be moved so he had to go behind the drywall to access the pipes to put in new turn off valves. He carefully cut the drywall so that he could slide it back in to place. My hour was up but he did not have to rush off and so I was able to get the dishwasher removed. He had to block the hole to the disposal since I am not putting in a new one. I hadn't considered that so glad to know there was a fix for that. Very nice guy, he made quick work of it all.

Two weeks passed and I did not hear from the plumbing company. When I called, their scheduler didn't know that the work had not been performed or that the commitment was made to come back. She scheduled the plumber back later that week to finish the job. The plumber called one hour before he was supposed to be at the house and said that he could not find the cartridge and therefore, could not help me. If that is their form or customer service, I don't need it. I have never heard back from the plumbing company. Although the plumber spent some time here, he accomplished nothing for me. One would think that a customer service oriented business would follow up and make good with service or a refund.
