I was having a new washer and dryer delivered on Tuesday (6/17), so on Sunday (6/15) I decided to disconnect the old ones and put them in the garage to be hauled away. The cold water valve was "froze" in the open position, so could not shut water off to the old washer. I called Coyote Plumbing that day (Sunday - Father's Day) and an answering service said that they would have someone call me. Deb returned the call that same day (Sunday), and I explained the dilemma I was in: New washer and dryer being delivered on Tuesday, so I needed the repair work done the next day (Monday). They were very busy that day, but she said they would try to have one of the techs working in the area stop by between 9:30 am and 12:00 pm. Terry arrived at around 10:00 am and did a great job. He was very knowledgable, friendly and really knew what he was doing. He not only replaced the valves, but helped me get the old washer from the laundry room into the garage. Thank you Terry! I will definitely use Coyote Plumbing again. Very pleasurable service experience!

Coyote Plumbing promptly returned my e-mail shortly after I had joined Angie's list. Debbie, the office manager was above friendly and helpful as I explained our situation. Within 24 hour of calling them, Terry,, a very professional plumber, was in and out of our home within an hour. He even had to leave to replace a handle. Terry even left the area cleaner than he found it. Coyote Plumbing will be used again, when needed!.

Service call couldn't have gone better. Terry was great and knew exactly what he was doing. It was a pleasure doing business with Coyote Plumbing.

My failed attempt at repairing the shower faucet led to a consistent leak on a Saturday. Coyote was able to help stop the leak that day. Plumber returned next week with part to complete the fix. Ended up having to cut a hole in the wall to effect the repair. Although the plumber did not wear shoe covers but wore tatoos, the work was professional and timely.

It worked out very well. They were very courteous, and did just what we needed.

Excellent service and results! This was out 3rd time using Coyote Plumbing. Terry did a super job each time he's been here and this time was no exception.

I liked them when they came out and they were alright but when I needed them again they were not available, so I went with someone else.

My on and off nob under my shower was not working, I would have to fiddle with it, so it would stop. He said there was a cartridge that needed to be replaced, and he replaced it. He came in, and took his shoes off, so he wouldn't track anything on my hardwood floor, and he did a good job. I was happy with their service. I thought I would be able to get off on time the first time he was coming out, but I wasn't able to, so he came out a second time. I did pay an additional amount for the cartridge, but it wasn't bad. I would recommend them, I think they did a good job. The only thing that I didn't like in the beginning, was that when I first called, the woman's father was in hospital, and I understood that he died later, and she didn't return the phone call and used that as the excuse. I do understand, and the first time I called, she said she would call me back, but she didn't and I had to call back 3 days later. I understand the problem, but if you say that you will call back, you should call back. The service was excellent. The guy who did the work was very responsive, however the person doing the appointments was not responsive. He was also very professional.

The deal went well. He came to fix some exterior hose bibs that were leaking. They were quick on getting to my home and he did exactly what needed done. I had some time left over so he did a few odds and ends, as well. Scheduling was very easy.

Terry was very friendly and professional. Really helped in explaining the work needed and why. The cost of the job was competitive and they did a very clean job. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I had no problems whatsoever. The price was excellent. I was quite pleased with it. They were very responsive when I called them. They showed up earlier than the allocated time they said they would. They were very clean and professional. They were very neat. They answered all my questions and they were in and out in no time. I purchased the Big Deal for plumbing service. Coyote Plumbing called me within a day and told me they didn't service my area and they apologized for the Big Deal being advertised incorrectly. They offered to assist me with obtaining my refund. Great customer service!

Very nice, and very professional considering how hot it was outside at 4 or 5 pm (almost 100 degrees!). Very good job, would recommend him. I used the deal coupon offered by Angies list, and it was honored and well worth it!

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for this company. It turned out perfect. We were happy with them. They were very prompt and efficient and did a good job. I did spend more for some parts and stuff, but I expected that. They were on time and the guy was experienced and knew what he was doing. His quality was high, very good.

Serviceman Terry called right at 800 a.m am was at my house quickly. He was polite, courteous and professional.
